To anyone who may come across this article because they're worried they have contracted an STD, I'm not even going to pretend I know a lot about them, but heres the experience I had.. I had sex with this girl on new years, and the day after while showering at home I noticed I had little bumps on my pubic region, I felt sick to my stomach and got dizzy with all the things running through my head.. I remember I just kept thinking, no, cant happen to me, its nothing.. I narrowed it down to 3 things.. Herpes, molluscum contagiosum, or HPV.. I was sick, sick, sick to my stomach (literally) I decided something must be done so I know for sure so I looked up what time my local doctors office opened, and called and made an appointment at their opening time, and took off work right after I made the appointment. I remember all morning I was sitting by the fire trying to pretend I was keeping my mind off of it, when, I really wasnt.. Finally time for the appointment, I went into the doctors office, voice cracking, blood pressure high from my nerves, shaking, dizzy, I was scared to death of what I might find out. The doctor came in, was EXTREMELY friendly, and before even explaining what I had, in a roundabout way he assured me everything was going to be ok just by his composure and banter. Finally time to drop my pants, he looked at me and goes "Alright, time to show and tell, I wish I could see through those so we didnt have to do this, but unfortunately its gotta be done" honestly made me laugh.. 2 seconds after inspecting it, he told me I had folliculitis (hadnt heard of it or researched it cause it seems on here everyone wants to rant about worst case scenarios) I fell back on the doctors table laughing, and even thanked the doctor for the massive relief. He continued to give me a lecture on safe sex, knowing your partner, and telling me I should be careful, and getting a good scare was a good thing, and to come to him with anymore questions. I told him how the internet had scared me, and how the contradicting information was literally driving me crazy and he simply responded "Yeah, Dr. Google has a nack for getting it all wrong, and also for scaring a lot of people, and for comforting those who look for the information they WANT to hear"

I guess what I'm saying here, is that if you run across this, and take the time to read it.. DON'T DRIVE YOURSELF CRAZY. The best, and ONLY way to diagnose a condition such as this is to contact a health care provider, face to face. All of these misleading pictures, bad information, horror stories, and success stories all the same are going to cause you more grief than actually confronting the problem first hand and getting answers on the spot.

I guess calimine lotion. Just don't scratch. if you find something to do that will take your mind off of it, the itch will go away faster whereas if you scrath it the minute it begins to itch(not always right after you're bit), then it will itch for a longer period of time.

you might just have acne or some wierd sickness. do you recall anything you ate, touched, smelt etc. lately. maybe that's whats causing it.
