The spool pin refers to the metal (or plastic) rib on top of, or on the side of the machine that you stick the spool of thread onto. It is usually about 2 inches long, and about 1/4 inch thick. It holds the spool securely while sewing.

Yes, depending on the reason it is warped. If the thread has shrunk, then you need to cut the thread, and repair at least three stitches on both sides of the cut.

However, if the plastic is twisted, you can correct that by using a steam iron, on a low heat setting. Cover the project with a wet cloth, such as a sheet or t-shirt, and place the steaming iron in it lightly. Then put the project on a dry surface, and cover with a weight until dry. I turn a full coffee can upside down to flatten them.

UPDATE: You can be a statue (clothing of person from history) and create a backround. Stay frozen until someone has turned on the lights. Then when lights go on, you will talk about yourself for about 2 minutes. Then when lights go off you freeze. Ihope you can do it!

You take the fabrics stack them and with a exzacto knife or better yet one of those really sharp fabric cutting wheels. You cut the fabric the size of fringe are up to you that includes their width and length. I cut mine an inch wide and about three inch long. Keep in mind that you will need to tie the layers together in the same spot so take care to keep your fabric in place as you cut. Purchase fabric to do this measure a little bit bigger than the amount that you wish to cover you (you know for the fringe) well hope this helps!!!!!

I cut the fringe all around the edges of each piece, and then tie them together, but stacking the fabric will insure you have an exact match of the fringe pieces to tie.

Walmart is a big corporation. It exists to make as much money as possible. You can bet that in some way, direct, or indirect, they would only close a department for financial reasons. I do not know the specifics at Walmart, but here are some guesses as to why they would close the craft and sewing department:

a) it is not making money

b) they can use the same space in some other way to make more money

c) it's expensive or hard to find the right workers

d) the department is profitable in some cities and not in others, and it's cheaper to run all the stores in the same way

e) they are choosing not to compete (with Joann's etc.) for some reason

It actually has no on/off switch and no light on it. You only need to plug it in and push the foot pedal to start sewing.
