-Get a group no more than 8 no less than 3

-Find a catchy group name ex. Destiny's Child or b5

-Start by finding songs that fit everyone's preference or making your own songs

-Start little like singing in talent shows, singing around the neighborhood or singing and putting videos on youtube or any other popular website

-Find a manager( someone trustworthy, good with people, and preferably someone you know)

* P.S- Don't let one person overpower the entire group( even if the manager thinks it is the best way)

- Overpowering one another is the biggest problem the breaks up most bands and singing groups.

In 2003, the group reunited to release their last album together, Star. However, with poor sales, the girls decided to go their separate ways. The three sisters, Irish, LeMisha and Orish came back together and sought to put out another album together in 2006. However, Orish tragically died on April 20, 2008 of kidney failure when she was 27 years old. She had been ill for quite some time and was also suffering from cancer that had yet to be treated.

The 2B Awards, an online talent competition, was launched November 11, 2010 and is creating a buzz all over the world.

Competing in creative categories that include singing, dancing, comedy, animal acts, extreme sports and funniest video, people upload videos of themselves, and every month online voting will determine the winners. Winners receive cash prizes of $1000 to $10,000 and a chance at stardom. The 2B Awards is currently working with talent scouts and agencies-people who are searching for "the next big thing"-to view winning videos.

Executive Producer of the 2B Awards, Rob Kenneth, started the awards because he recognized that although there were places online to upload videos, there was no competition, no way to get truly talented people in front of talent scouts, and there was no one offering cash prizes. "I've seen very talented people struggle to get noticed. The facts are that unless you have an agent with connections, it's a very tough and expensive road" Kenneth says. "We have a way to possibly get them in front of the people who can help make it happen."

Kenneth, a highly successful entrepreneur from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, also knows that it is important to give back to the community who support the 2B Awards. A percentage of the revenue generated by the awards will be donated to the International Myeloma Foundation.
