Depending on the sores, it could either be a rash, an allergic reaction to something( laundry soap, foods, etc.) or it could just be a reaction to a medicine. If I were you though I would go to your local dermatoligist, or a doctor because obviously I am not a doctor but I love health so most likely it is just a reaction( non- allergic or allergic) and its not deadly unless its an open wound.
