well first of all dont panic proparly normal but if ur worried go see a doctor

there are several ways to get rid of them....

first: you can apply lemon juice to them to bleach them

Second: ask a doctor for medical topical creams or other appliances

Third: Mix sandlewood and lemon juice together to create a paste and apply

I had the symmetrical rash on the back of my knee which lasted for about a month. It turned out to be shingles. It didn't itch that much until I went through the healing stage on the last week. Then I couldn't scratch enough.
