I'm not totally sure because I haven't seen your sled but on mine I noticed the same thing and then noticed that a little would come out of the overflow reservoir going over bumpy trails. I had to change my fluid because it was a few years old and pretty dirty and diluted looking.

Most trailers are general purpose utility trailers.. you could find suitable trailers at Lowes or Home Depot. If you're looking for something built specifically for snowmobiles, your best bet would be to inquire about that with a snowmobile dealer.

It depends on the combined weight capacity of your truck. if the gross combined weight rating (GCWR) is 10000 lbs and the truck's curb weight is 5500 lbs that gives you what you can load on the truck. (10000-5500=4500lbs)

Determine the gross weight of the trailer that you will be towing and subtract that from the GCWR (say the trailer weighs 250 unloaded and the sleds weigh 500 each that is 1250 lbs) (4500-1250=3250)

Now subtract the approximate weight of the people that will be riding in the truck (average estimate is 150 per person regardless of age) and an estimate of the weight of the gear that you will be bringing. (So say 4 people will be in the truck each with a 20 lbs bag. 150+20=170x4=610+50lbs (food and other gear)=660 --> 3250-660=2590lbs in this example you can put a camper that weighs 2590 lbs)

get re build kit. you have air leaks if you did not install new gaskets. Is it getting spark? I would check that

It takes some fabrication, you have to use the secondary clutch from the scrambler and shim it to fit the snowmobile belt. You will use the snowmobile primary clutch and some cutting and welding to fit the motor in the frame. You will have to fab custom mounts and reinforce the from where the scrambler chaincase mounts to. A big radiator like one from a 96 honda civic fit well. With the electric fan. It's not too hard if you know how to weld and fabricate.
