What is an offensive comment against an ethnic group called if it can't be a racist comment because race and ethnicity are not the same thing right?

There does exist a broader concept of intolerance that is not based only on race, and that is xenophobia, literally meaning fear of strangers. However I will add that although race and ethnicity are not exactly the same thing, they are very close in meaning. A person who is hostile to a specific ethnic group can reasonably be considered a racist. But a person who is hostile to some other group, whether based on nationality, or religion, or sexual preference, etc., can be called xenophobic. Some people just don't like anyone who is different from themselves.

What do starving people in world eat?

Starving is a misused noun describing extreme hunger. Though used to describe the most extreme reaches of hunger resulting from a lack of food, nearly everyone has said once in their life, "I'm starving."

People who find themselves nearly habitually starving eat whatever they can find. To make a wide-based assumption, starving people often eat rice or grain based products. If they are lucky, they may receive UN food rations, or any sort of charitable food donation. If not, they scrounge up leftover food waste. As nourishment is necessary to survive, starving people will eat anything to simply survive the night.

For everyone else where starvation is more of an exaggeration than a real threat, fast food is typically consumed.

This question is built on a misperception of Egypt's statistics. Egypt's literacy rate is 51.4% and less than 0.1% of all Egyptians are doctors.

However, it would certainly be difficult to explain why there would be more doctors than literate individuals in any country as becoming a doctor typically requires literacy.
