Good when you are sick does not mean it is good for you. Sprite is my favorite. The best beverage of all is plain water. Sprite may be low on caffeine, a magor problem with health, but it contains high fructose corn syrup, and all kinds of preservatives. I agree, Sprite does settle the stomach, but the majoratiy of the drinkers don't know about this. I hope someday every one will enjoy the taste of water. And then some Sprite on the side
