I think you should start off by explaining that you feel you are too young to return the feelings he has. This is not only true, but will also make it seem as if its not his fault, which he will appreciate.

Secondly, he may ask for other reasons but you should try and make sure you dont hurt his feelings by making any personal comments about him, for example: talking about why you dont like his hair, clothes, personality etc...

Thirdly, if you want to break off the friendship/realationship then just say you need your space and that if he respects you he will give it to you and say you feel that you both need time apart to focus on yourselves rather than eachother.

Just leave her alone for a while, maybe tell someone about how you stalked her. Maybe get some help. Stalking, isn't healthy. and maybe in a few years she'll feel comfortable enough to talk to you again.
