Can l freeze the fried chicken if I had it in my refrigerator for 3 days?
No, 3 days + the freezing then thawing time is too long, bacteria could start to multiply in it.
However if you bring it to the boil and boil it for five minutes, then cool it, you can THEN freeze it. This is because the boiling sterilises the broth and makes it safe to freeze.

Shellfish live on the sea floor where much bacteria and toxins are present.
In addition, many shellfish, such as clams and oysters, are Filter feeders and have a tendency to accumulate these chemical substances in their bodies.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) estimates that 5-10% of raw mollusks coming to market are contaminated with Vibrio. In addition, paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP) although less common, is still a real and potential danger associated with shelled sea life that can cause paralysis and even death to its victims.

How long does outdated food good?
This would depend on the food. The best advice I can give is smell it, taste a little bit of it, and judge for yourself. Keep in mind that meat and such tend to be more prone to spoiling than, for example, vegetables or baked goods. Of course, if you have the luxury, the safest is to not eat outdated food.

What should you do when putting uncooked chicken in the fridge?
Yes, all foods that are to be placed in a fridge should be cooled to room temperature first. The reason for this is that if a large quantity of hot food is placed in the fridge it is possible that it could warm the fridge (and contents) faster than the fridge could cool the food and this would mean that other things in the fridge were not refrigerated properly (and may go bad). Similarly it is best to chill food that is to be frozen in the fridge before placing this in the freezer.

although you are proabably cooking it to the full safe temperature zone, i would not recommend using it in your soup after being left out overnight, it contains meat and unless you would normally eat meat that has been left out over night it probably isn't a good idea.
A diffferent answer:
Ham, by definition, is cured meat, and as such is less vulnerable to spoilage than uncured meats. To be safe, though, a ham hock left unrefrigerated overnight should be thoroughly cooked before eaten.
Is uncooked steak ok to eat if it starts to look brown?
Probably not a good idea! Answer:
Raw steak is fine to eat. It is available as steak tartar in fine restaurants (mixed with raw egg) and as beef sashimi in Japanese restaurants. The biggest consideration is the cleanliness of the preparation. Steak at this degree of freshness is dark red or burgundy. Supermarket steak is often bright red due to exposure to oxygen. This steak is okay to eat. Steak in a refrigerator for several days is still okay to eat even if it is brownish. If other signs of spoilage (odour) are present, discard it
Freezer burned steak is grayish and may not taste as good.
Experimental Results:
Well, I cooked it up and it tastes fine, I am gonna say that as of now, unless I get sick, Yes that steak is ok!
"Color of Beef
Beef muscle meat not exposed to oxygen (in vacuum packaging, for example) is a burgundy or purplish color. After exposure to the air for 15 minutes or so, the myoglobin receives oxygen and the meat turns bright, cherry red.
After beef has been refrigerated about 5 days, it may turn brown due to chemical changes in the myoglobin. Beef that has turned brown during extended storage may be spoiled, have an off-odor, and be tacky to the touch."

I'm cooking some python meat today, actually. I have 2, 1lb packages of deboned packages of fresh python meat. I am going to cut the stakes into small chunks and saute them in some olive oil for about 5-7 minutes. Then I will add the meat to the wild boar meat I have and make chili out of it all. I have heard that the meat is a bit tough if not cooked long enough so I figure simmering in chili for a few hours will soften it right up.
