You do not NEED to take any classes or training to become a webmaster, but if your looking to gain knowledge in that area of study you can take classes, i suggest ITT Technical Institute.If you have no existing knowledge of becoming a Webmaster and need classes it can and most likely will take quite sometime, one study showed that in other countrys, to just gain the basic and essential knowledge to become a Webmaster you would need to attend school for approximatly 17-19years.

there is alot of cons if you ask me, to name a few: Breathing toxic fumes and dust, loud noises, lossing eye sight over time, heavy lifting, getting burns, smashing fingers, welding in some very awkward positions that are hard on your body.

Thats just to name a few that come to mind and that is specific more to my personal experience with my current job in a fab/repair shop. We do pretty much everything here. There are alot of welders out there that just do the same thing over and over agin and those are relatively clean enviroments.
