LOLWA M

DOHA-QATAR

In my opinion...

Watching television causes short attention spans as well as cause reading dificulties or even incapabilities. I t does not enhance your thinking at all really. We just do it because it is so easy. I'm guilty of this myself; however I try to read more than I watch TV. Think about it. Centuries ago, books were rare and valuable. Owners of them kept them safe. Why has TV taken it's place? You can't even use your imagination when watching it. If you are blind than you can't really tell what is going on. With books. You make your own images in your mind. There is nothing to watch. You can have it read to you.If you are deaf than you can still get the same joy out of reading. I don't know about you, but I hate subtitles on a tv screen! My point is that you get much more out of a book than you do with tv. REading has made me one of the greatest poetry writers in my school. Why do children need protein?

Anything living in the earth requires protein. That is , humans [children, adults], plants, animals and etc need proteins to survive. Our finger nails, skin, hair, gum [holds teeth], eyes, movement, all use proteins to carry out their function. How do we get proteins? Well they are made in our body so it is very important that we give the body the things it needs in order to make it. Think of it as Lego blocks. To build a Lego house, you need to use the small pieces to build the house. If you don't have any small pieces left, you cannot build the house. This is the same idea as proteins. The small pieces come from the food we eat i.e. fruits, vegetables, red meat, etc .. and so eating these things we enable our body to build the protein which is needed to grow finger nails, hair, renew skin (skin repair) and etc.

This is why it is important for everyone, especially at ayoung age, to eat all the necessary veges and fruits daily.

Houses in Côte d'Ivoire are made of clay and bamboo, some also built on stilts over lagoons. Modern houses and apartments dominate the cityside.

Notre-Dame-de-Chartres, a famous Gothic cathedral, was built in the 1200s where another cathedral had stood since the 500s. Notre-Dame-de-Chartres can easily be identified by its various towers (such as the Romanesque tower and the ornate Gothic tower). Saved from all wars and problems, Chartres still has most of its original stained-glass rich-colored windows. The cathedral's flying buttresses, its huge size, and its light-filled interior are the examples of Gothic construction.

Lesson Plan guides us even with minute details to effectively teach a period of any subject on a day in a classroom by a teacher.
