The CPU has an automatic program stack. This stack can be located anywhere in the address space and can be any size up to the amount of memory available in the system. Normally the SP is initialized by one of the first instructions in an application program. The stack is configured as a data structure that grows downward from high memory to low memory. At any given time, the SP holds the 16-bit address of the next free location in the stack. The stack acts like any other stack when there is a subroutine call or on an interrupt. ie. pushing the return address on a jump, and retrieving it after the operation is complete to come back to its original location. There are instructions that push and pull the A and B accumulators and the X and Y index registers. These instructions are often used to preserve program context.

A budgetary Proposal does not have a specific format or standard. You can simply add the words "budget" or "budgetary" to it on its cover page. In most companies, before submitting a proposal to the end customer, depending on the value of the offer, a risk-review meeting is required due to the risks involved. You can allow the customer to do their budget for the next years by submitting them a budgetary proposal. This means that the tender can be sent to the end customer without holding a risk-review meeting. Basically, when the customer is ready to buy the project from the vendors, a firm-bid has to be sent and then, a risk-review meeting with the financial controllers is mandatory or, at least, highly recommended.

LOLWA M
DOHA-QATAR
In my opinion...Watching television causes short attention spans as well as cause reading dificulties or even incapabilities. I t does not enhance your thinking at all really. We just do it because it is so easy. I'm guilty of this myself; however I try to read more than I watch TV. Think about it. Centuries ago, books were rare and valuable. Owners of them kept them safe. Why has TV taken it's place? You can't even use your imagination when watching it. If you are blind than you can't really tell what is going on. With books. You make your own images in your mind. There is nothing to watch. You can have it read to you.If you are deaf than you can still get the same joy out of reading. I don't know about you, but I hate subtitles on a tv screen! My point is that you get much more out of a book than you do with tv. REading has made me one of the greatest poetry writers in my school. It can do anything for anybody at any time if you let it, give it a chance.
