check your recycle bin, if you've emptied it since then their gone, if you were lucky enough to make a backup before the files were deleted look for an archive that windows generates on your hard-drive as windows.old and your oblivion saves should be hanging around in my documents, my saved games, oblivion saves (or possibly in my documents, my games , my saved games depending on your OS)

one way to get alot of money is to buy an akavairy sunderblade from three brothers trade goods in the imperial city market district and then duplicate it then just sell them all back to him

(there are "hollows" whcih have felldew in them)

Flawed diamonds are use pretty much just to get you some money and in some cases I've heard its used in a quest or something like that.

Depends which you prefer. Both have the full Oblivion game.

The GOTY edition comes with the two official expansions, Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles, which add new items and places. You also get a paper map.

The Collector's edition comes with some collector items - a coin, a guide to the continent of Tamriel, a behind the scenes DVD.

If the collector items appeal to you most, then get the Collector's edition, and then pick up Shivering Isles at the least, you should be able to find it cheap.

If you don't care about the collectables, then go for the GOTY edition.

you cant kick, but if you dont have a weapon equipped, you can punch.

That skill is called hand to hand and if it is trained, it will be very usefull.

A high level of hand to hand can punch ghosts!

If you have the PC version you could always download the deadly arts mod which gives all kinds of new attacks like bash and dodge also you can do sneak attacks and stuff

just kill daedra related monsters they will usually drop it; if you have the PC version just download the duplicate mod and buy one from an alchemist then duplicate it you will have tons lol.

i play oblivion on the lowest graphics setting on the samsung n150 plus its pretty smooth as well.

Check out the mages and fighters guilds, they usually have one on the tables. There are some that can be found in anvil in the mages guild. These regenerate after 3 or 4 days.

I believe it is Palonirya, who has a Mercantile skill of 80, and the Master trainer for Mercantile also.
