Just as long as the normal one. But if you need to know exactly how much time it takes, maybe about two to three days. If you use this cheat, your sim will have a baby in a matter of minutes:

Then shift-click on your sim and select "Spawn" on Spawn will come a menu of things, and click "Tombstone of L&D" or "Tombstone of Life and Death". Then click on Tombstone of L&D and click "Speed up my pregnancy" and your sim will start to get her bumps in no time.
WARNING: Your sim has to be pregnant before you use the speed up my pregnancy cheat. Also, you have to be on the neighborhood to enter the boolprop cheat. Then go to your household, if you see a list of numbers in the right hand top corner, than that means you've entered it correctly. With boolprop you can drag your Needs up and down, but beware, for if you drag the Hunger meter all the way down, your sim will die. You can also increase Skills with boolprop. If you just complete the 30 days without talking to anyone (or talk to people, it doesn't really matter..) (or use the cheat that skips to the end) and then instead of going to the castle for the ball you go home and sleep, Toko will be there and ask if you really want to skip out on it, and you can say yes. Then Oliver and the King have a conversation about some stuff the next day, but the point is you leave wonderland and Noah's there :D:D

No. If your Sim proposes to another Sim they will stay in their separate families (unless they live in the same house or unless you have asked that Sim to move in with your Sims) until they are married. To make your Sim(s) get married have the Sim click in to their fiance and click "propose..." and then "get married" or you can do it the fancy way and make them organize a wedding party (by asking Sims to come by the phone) and then buy a wedding arch from the buy catalogue and have them both click on it and get married that way, you can also buy wedding cakes too.
