How many aglets are manufactured each year?

Aglets seem pointless but they do have a point which is to stop the laces fraying. Aglets were made back in Roman times so you can't really say who invented them. But back in Roman times they weren't made from plastic. Aglets were made from glass, metal, stone or whatever else could be shaped as necessary. Aglets used to be used in place buttons at the end of ribbons, to help fasten clothes closed. It used to be spelled aiglet. Rich people would have aglets made of precious metals like brass or silver.

Why is the people of the world so blind to what is right?

PEER PRESSURE AND AN UNSEEN INFLUENCE.

Humans are animals too just like lions and apes, cats and dogs; right and wrong doesn't really come into the wild animal life does it? Right and wrong is a human based concept, the universe already knows right and wrong; it has its rules BUT we have ours. Humans made themselves a 'civilized society' which means the wild and animal in us has been pretty much walked over and we are all supposed to forget that we have anger and hate and procreational desires and need as an animal. However humans are also very hypocritical so right and wrong is always a very fine line, ie is it right to kill someone to help them?

Well no we don't have euthanasia yet, because killing is seen as wrong and bad, even though you'd be helping the person stop suffering.

YET we do euthanize animals.

Why? Either we are more compassionate to their needs or we value them less.

is it really "right" and justified to put a young mother to death

or life in prison

because she suffered post natal depression and killed her baby?

i say no, because she had an illness, she needs medication and help,

shes got enough to deal with having just killed her own baby and living with that the rest of her life, and she will never do it again as long as shes on the medication.

Either way there is hypocrasy in every thing humans do. Its why humans have many deviances, because the animal in us is being ignored, denied and pushed away.

As a human in civilized society only you can really decide for yourself what is right and wrong within the boundaries of living this life we do, and most of us do know right and wrong and hopefully most of us live the civilized society way and don't hurt other people, animals help those in need etc. Society is very fickle and does not like changes or differences, even though that itself is wrong. again hypocrasy.

and society will never have the same views on anything than an individual, so your ideas of right and wrong may differ from societys ideas on them, and from other individual peoples ideas of them

the definition of what is right and wrong in society's eyes, is itself wrong and unjust,

good people do bad things and bad people can do good things

its a balance, we all have good and bad right and wrong in us

we just have to find the balance and hope that it stays balanced

From a Christian viewpoint Humans are unique in that we have been given the "breath of life." We were created in the image of God. When given a choice to follow God or follow our own desires, Adam chose "my way." That's now how we were designed, but that's what Adam bequeathed to every single one of us: spiritual death. The dead cannot see, so the spiritually dead cannot see the light of truth.
