What are some websites to look up tigers?
There are many websites dedicated to therians and otherkin. Finding a species specific site is a great challenge however. Many otherkin website will have certain pages or forums dedicated to specific species. For example Pariah Pack 2, an online therian website, has an entire page of their bestiary dedicated to tigers. You could always try joining a larger non specific website and asking around if anyone knows of any species specific sites.
Yes, most definitely if the opportunity is presented.
Elk, (Cervus canadiensis) also known as wapiti, are native to North America and possibly parts of Siberia. In Asia, the tiger's current range does not overlap so they would not be a natural predator.
The Moose (Alces alces) is called 'Elk' in Europe. There is some overlap in its range with the current range of the tiger. It would not be inconceivable that properly motivated tiger would attack an adult moose but it would seem unlikely that a tiger would give up its advantage since their defense strategy is to retreat to water and they are very capable of defending themselves. A tiger would almost certainly attack a moose calf if the opportunity was presented.
The Red Deer (Cervus elaphus), also known by a host of names including 'Wapiti' and the 'Bactrian Red Deer'. has a range that extends through central Asia and overlaps some of the tiger's range. Recently, it was determined that it and the North American Wapiti, once thought to be members of the same species, are in reality separate species.
Geist (1998) recommended that C. elaphus and C. canadensis be regarded as distinct species. This is supported by patterns of mtDNA variation as reported by Randi et al.
You may still find people (including myself, prior to researching this) who call this animal the 'Red Elk'.

Are smilodons and saber-toothed tigers the same?
In Terms Of physical dimensions such as length and height the two cats are roughly the same size. When i say roughly, i mean a certain dimension of one cat is bigger and a certain dimension of the other cat is bigger. A Smilodon Populator which is the largest species of Sabre tooth tiger is taller than an Amur(Siberian) Tiger is 1.3 metres tall at the shoulders and the Smilodon populator is 1.55. However a Siberian Tiger is slightly longer than a Smilodon Populator by about 20 centimetres. The Smilodon Populator is 3.5m and the Amur (Siberian) Tiger is 3.7m. But In terms of weight the Smilodon Populator Excels. This animals weighed 575kg in exceptional specimens and the Amur Tiger is only 320 kg which is a lot of difference. Summed up A Smilodon Populator is taller, heavier and stronger where as the tiger is longer, and faster. So yes they are roughly the same size.
Of course there are animals in India! In fact, because India lies in the tropics it has a much greater diversity of flora and fauna than that found in temperate countries like Europe or USA and Canada.
Perhaps you can ask the question again about specific animals in which you are interested. That might elicit more specific answers.

What trigger a tiger to attack a person?
There are approximately 360 known species of sharks in the world, only 5 of those species can potentially attack a human.
Great white, oceanic white tip, tiger shark, great hammerhead and bull shark.
Now, sharks mainly eat mornings and evenings, the larger shark species that I just mentioned like to eat bigger prey like seal and turtles, when we are on the surface of the water we can look like a seal when we are swimming and a turtle when we are on a surfboard.
So if you are in the water at dusk and dawn when they normally eat, looking like their food... they're going to try to eat you, but they let you go again, you may or may not survive, but the fact is that SHARKS DON"T LIKE HUMANS! SO leave them alone, don't go in the water when it's their feeding time and start to understand that humans are not the most important species in the world, we are the most dangerous and destructive animal ever!
How can people tell that a tiger is bigger than a lion?

Yes, but they have to kill the grizzly bear. Amur tigers usually take down small adult grizzly bears, but never a large adult grizzly bear.
Possibly. I had I hibiscus flower plant that died completely in winter. I begged my parents not to cut it down. So they didn't. That was like last year. After a while it started sprouting leaves. now, its in fullbloom! it was a miracle.

How do female tigers raise their young?
the cubs are taken care of by their mothers (tigers are solitary animals, not social, like lions are).
the first weeks mom will hunt for food while her cubs stay in the den. as they get older, she will take them along with them (but they wont participate in the stalking, they just watch) they play alot to practice hunting.after a while the cubs will actively participate in the hunt itself. after about 18 months they will leave thier mother (although females usually stay longer) they stay in the area till they are about 2.5 years old and they reach sexual maturity)
Tigers are extremely powerful predators. They can protect themselves with teeth and claws, driven by very strong muscles.
There is no correct answer for this question.
No two tigers are the same. Their stripes are actually like human fingerprints, there are no two the same.
The number of stripes differs by tiger, they can range anywhere between 20-50 stripes. Sometimes the stripes cover their body 100%, making them completely black. This is what a black panther is, a tiger or jaguar which is completely black.
