Morning-After Pill is an option it is not a birth control pill but is Emergency Contraception.

The chance of pregnancy after tubal ligation is about 1/300. The risk begins around the 5th year after the procedure and remains until you complete menopause.

This is called an ectopic pregnancy. Symptoms include intense abdominal pain and the urge to move one's bowels. Nausea, disorientation and fever may also occur. These symptoms are similar to those of other conditions, and anyone who suspects a tubal pregnancy is encouraged to get medical attention immediately. An ectopic pregnancy is a serious matter, as it can cause a fatal infection if not treated soon after symptoms develop.

If this is happening around the time you normally get your period, then it could be implantation bleeding, which means you are pregnant. It could also be a very "off" period this month. If you think you are pregnant, you should wait a couple of more days and then take a test.

Rarely, but not impossible, pregnancies result from accidental artificial insemination if the woman is, how shall we say this, less than hygienic with her sex toys.
Apart from the traditional way there are the option of sperm donors and IVF treatment. IVF treatment is more expensive than the other options but sometimes is the most successful.

well im in the same boat i had a tubal ligation with clips and apperantly might be pregnant there is a 5percent chance if you had it done with c-section that you can get pregnant the like;y hood that its in the uterous is 1 percent chance you can always get pregnant with it however the clips prevent the egg and sperm to continue to the uterus

It's highly unlikely but it still can happen. Tubal ligation has less than a 2% failure rate. If you feel that you could be pregnant after having tubal ligation you should see a Dr as soon as possible because you are at higher risk for ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, and other complications.

Anything is possible but there havent been many cases of this in the years they have done tubal ligation. Go back to that same doctor and have them test you and if you are pregnant, they owe you an explanation and some money....Good luck. Yes. My tubal ligation failed 6 weeks after the surgery. I had a hysterosalpingogram shortly thereafter that showed one tube 100% open. Regardless of whether you trust your physician, if you are in fact pregnant, ask for an immediate referral to another, impartial physician (don't stick with the original physician, which is what I did!). A reputable physician will understand, indeed, will be most concerned that you receiving optimal care. In my case, despite having a good prior relationship with my physician, this physician turned out to be both in denial and frankly dishonest once it became apparently that the surgery was probably, then definitely, a failure. I had a lot of trouble with my insurance company and in obtaining an accurate diagnosis as a result of this physician's behavior.

If you have heavy vaginal bleeding after the first day post-surgery, you should tell your doctor. You should also tell him if you miss your period.

Though it seems that bleeding for long periods of time after tubal ligation surgery, it should not be accompanied with fever, nausea, and pain. This can be an indication of infection, in which case antibiotics are necessary. Ignoring treatment for an infection can lead to permanent and serious complications.

You should only bleed lightly for less than a week post surgery, and without the other symptoms listed above. The pain should only be associated with either gas (in shoulder, abdomen), which resolves on its own after about 2-3 days or less, or directly from the surgical wounds. If the pain radiates and/or you have a fever and/or you can feel heat, with or without bleeding, this may be a sign of infection.

Because of your pat history with the tubal, its highly advisable you contact your doctor about the possibility of being pregnant and also have a blood test to confirm your pregnant or not. Good luck. i am also 24 and also had a tubal at 21 after my second child, and like you, also have signs of pregnancy. things that ive only experienced twice before. both times being pregnant. i would also advise seeking the advice of your doctor . from what ive read on here it is highly likely that it could be an eptopic pregnancy. ANSWER #2 Stastically the younger you have your tubes tied the higher chance of you falling pregnant, mostly because the longer it is since your tubal the higher chance of your body repairing itself. women who have tubals later in life (over 35 for eg) are less likely to fall pregnant due to the fact that by the time the body could heal itslef, they would no longer be fertile. best thing to do is go get a pregnancy test and if its positive, have a scan to rule out the eptopic pregnancy. goodluck

To tell you the truth after my tubal my menstrual cycles have become awful. At first everything was very calm little to know cramping and the flow was very light. Now after 3 years the cramps are enough to make you cry and the flow is very heavy and lasts for 7 to 8 days. Just because of this I wouldn't recommend a tubal to my worst enemy. Although I'm not sure what I would recommend in it's place I know of 2 people that were conceived after a full vasectomy. I honestly would rather take my chances with the pill even though I conceived my second daughter while on the pill.
