There are two effective ways to gain U.S. citizenship at birth: have either (or both) of the parents be U.S. citizens, or be born on designated incorporated U.S. sovereign territory. The first method is sufficient for citizenship according to current U.S. law (US Code Title 8, Section 1401), and the second method is proscribed according to the 14th Amendment. In both cases, the child qualifies as a "natual-born" citizen, and is eligible to run for the Presidency.
As the question stands, the answer is an obvious YES, as the mere fact that a parent was a U.S. citizen provides citizenship to the child, and the location of the birth is irrelevant.
On a related note, however, as foreign U.S. military bases are NOT considered sovereign U.S. territory (unlike U.S. Embassies which are, though Consular Offices are not), children born on-base are NOT eligible for automatic U.S. citizenship via the 14th Amendment. Thus, if a foreign worker gave birth at the U.S. base's hospital, the child would not be a U.S. citizen.

Speaking from a Contractors point of view---it is absolutely GREAT. Come here PRAYED up because you will have a roommate. I live off less than $500 monthly and it goes towards a pedicure/manicure and internet service. The balance---because we have the urge to spend is applied towards my credit card balance. If I didn't charge anything, I save it. If you spend anything more than that---you don't have your PERSPECTIVES in order. I hope this helped.
Come on over:-)

I believe the answer to this question is yes. My fiance has a felony and enlisted in the military yesterday at a job fair. He was told that the areas of the military in which he would be allowed to participate would be "restricted". Basically, he does not have all the options that the general enlistee has. We were also told that the United States Military is the only part of the Army that will accept felons.

different states have different laws... and they vary greatly. did he cut the lock off? in my state repo men can't come onto private property to repo a vehicle. in most states if someone cuts the lock off your gate and takes your car... i guess that's break in and entry/trespassing/grand theft auto. i would be suprised if a state would allow a repo man to destroy your property(lock/gate) in order to repo it. if you have a lawyer... why aren't you asking him? the easiest way is to call the police and ask them... but they may not tell you everything... or they might not even know... good luck.
Actually yes, although you were born in another country as long as your parents are U.S citizens you are eligible. But you have to be 35 years of age and be a U.S citizen for 14 years.
This is an excellent question! According to the requirements, you must be a natural born US citizen. That requirement does not state you must be born in the US. So, in my opinion, yes you can become president as long as you have the two other requirements which are: must be a least 35 years old, and lived in the US for at least 14 years.
