How does muscle build after a workout?
According to my personal trainer, when working out muscles are torn down, in a manner of speaking, and when the body repairs them, it repairs them back stronger. Kind of like how a callous forms on your skin.

How much water do you need to build muscle?
There is no universal answer for this question; however, staying hydrated is one of the most important things when working out and trying to build muscle. The amount of water one should drink depends on the person and activities, but it is much higher than most people assume when working out. One of the simplest ways to determine if you are properly hydrated is to watch your urine. It should be a very light color. This can be affected by vitamins or supplements, so do not be alarmed if your urine is bright yellow after taking vitamins.
How do you decrease muscle mass from weight lifting?
Proper strength training (in addition to proper nutrition and recovery) will increase your lean muscle mass. That is important to improve your body composition because the additional lean muscle mass will burn extra calories 24 hours a day. Protein is best after a workout. Muscles rip during exercise and the rebuilding process is what makes them stronger. That's when you need the protein. Also, protein before a workout can cause digestive issues during that workout. ______________________________________________________________________ Answer:
Creatine actually causes your muscle cells to absorb more water which makes them look bigger which gives us an illusion of extra size and mass. Effectively speaking, once you cut down on your creatine intake, the muscles would start releasing the excess water and you may end up feeling your muscles shrink in size. But, one good thing about creatine is that, it helps you gain that extra strength needed to do heavy workouts. Though it only packs water into our muscles, a properly administered dosage/cycle of creatine can help you in gaining weight and strength.
How long you should let your muscle heal before lifting weights again?
If you're really hitting your muscle hard with heavy weight and going to failure and using advanced techniques such as drop sets and forced reps and staying in the 6-10 rep range, 0nce every 5-7 days is pretty much the accepted norm...however there are exceptions based on training intensity, volume, and genetics...If your really hitting it hard you don't need to be doing more than once every 5-7 days because your body won't recover and then you won't make any prominent strength or size gains, if you're not training really intense but you're using alot of volume 20 sets or more per workout then you don't need to do much more than once every 5-7 days, but some people have great genetics and there body allows them do train twice every 5-7 days, I wouldn't recommend it for most, but for some it can be effective. If you're not training intense or with alot of volume and you're not really that sore the next day, then you could probably afford to hit those particular muscle as many as three times a week. Like monday, Wednesday, Friday.....you would never wanna train the same muscle two days in a row, with the exception of LIGHT ab training.
Does running after working out your legs help?
No, definitely not. It would cause more damage than good.
After a workout, your muscles would be tired. You must give them time to recuperate/recover and provide them with protein and other healthy food to grow. If you are going to run after a workout, your muscles would get fatigued. They are already tired after the workout and if you run they will get fatigued. This can cause catabolism and your muscles can shrink in size instead of growing.
Running/jogging is a good exercise for your legs but do not do it before/after a leg workout. Do it on a separate day. Do not club it with your leg workout.
How much weights should a teen lift?
Assuming that your skeleton is ready for the stresses of weight training (which usually occurs around age 16, in my opinion), you should concentrate on the fundamental exercises (namely, squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, dips, and chins) just like everyone else who is beginning a serious weight-training program.
It is very important to learn and use perfect exercise technique right from the beginning. Avoid dangerous exercises. Avoid using weights that are so heavy that you get 4 or fewer reps (until you get older, in my opinion). Do injury prevention exercises (such as L-flyes and side bends). Instead of letting your ego drive you into rushing your development, think of yourself as laying the foundation for a lifetime of productive training. Perhaps the best book to get you started correctly is Stuart McRobert's BUILD MUSCLE LOSE FAT LOOK GREAT.

As with most systems in the body, the digestive system becomes less efficient along the day. Some persons may experience heartburn or hyperacidity after eating fruit at late hours.
Fruit also contains fructose. Fructose is processed through the liver and converted into glucose for your body to be able to use it. This process slows your metabolism and excessive fructose intake can cause liver damage akin to alcohol consumption.

How does strength affect speed?
Generally, stronger muscles are able to propel a body to greater speeds. Muscles produce force, and as that force overcomes the mass of the body, it will gain velocity, which is often measured as speed. There is little direct correlation between speed and the mass (size) of the muscles; smaller bodies tend to move faster (twitch muscles), which larger, heavier bodies do not.
