It should be using the built in native driver. Meaning it's ready for use in a webcam supported software like Skype.

Some Toshiba laptops have a activation button on the keyboard on one of the F1-F12, and some require you to hold the FN button at the same time as the F-button.

A digital camera must be plugged via USB.

How to convert 240x360pixel photo to 3.5x4.5cm?

You have to change the aspect ratio first (the image has an aspect ratio of 240/360 = 0.667 and the output has 3.5/4.5 = 0.777). You do this by cropping your image, more exactly reducing its height to 308 pixels. You can use for example MS Paint for the job. After that print the image with a 27 dpi resolution and you get few mm more or less the 3.5x4.5 cm.

How do you enable regedit in windows 7?

Regedit is not disabled by default in Windows 7. To run regedit, click the Start button and in the Search Programs and Filesbox type regedit and press the Enter key. Regedit should open.

If regedit has been disabled there are a few methods to use to re-enable it.

  1. Click Start button and then type gpedit.msc in the Search Programs and Files box and press the Enter key. The Local Group Policy Editor window should open. Expand User Configuration>Administrative Templates>and highlight System. In the right pane open (double click) 'Prevent access to registry editing tools'. Set it to Disabled. Click Ok. Log off Windows and log back on. Now try running regedit from the Search Programs and Files box.
  2. For this you will need the Run box to be visible. If it is not, do the following to enable it: Right click on the Start button> click Customize button> scroll down until you see checkbox for 'Run Command'. Put check in the box. Click Ok. Now that the Run box is available off the Start Menu do the following: Copy paste the text in bold (all of it) into the Run box and click Ok. REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 if prompted value DisableRegistryTools exists, overwrite (Y/N)? Type yes and hit Enter. Next, copy and paste the text in bold into the run box and click Ok. REG add HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 if prompted value DisableRegistryTools exists, overwrite (Y/N)? Type yes and hit Enter. Now type regedit in the Run box and click ok. Regedit should open.

However, it is possible that regedit is disabled by group policy. If so, you can not change that. Consult your administrator.
