Are FIFO and LIFO forms of access used to add and remove nodes from queue?
No. FIFO is a first-in, first-out structure, and this describes how nodes are inserted and extracted from a queue. That is, new nodes are inserted at the back of the queue while existing nodes are extracted from the front of the queue. In other words, nodes are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
However, LIFO is a last-in, first-out structure and this describes how nodes are inserted and extracted from a stack. You can think of a stack as being like a stack of plates such that the top-most plate is always the first to be extracted while new plates are placed on top of existing plates. Stacks are typically used in backtracking algorithms because nodes are extracted in the reverse order they were inserted upon the stack.

What are the system requirements for Eviews 5?
EViews 5 supports most versions of the Windows Operating system including: Windows 98/Me/NT 4.0/2000/XP. With sufficient memory in your computer, you can tackle problems involving millions of observations or thousands of series. The only fundamental capacity limit is that no single data series or matrix may contain more than 4 million observations. And because we take full advantage of 32-bit Windows' virtual memory, you can work with data sets that exceed your system's physical memory.

The 16-bit file system refers to the FAT (File Allocation Table) size. The 16-bit FAT can have up to 65,517 clusters, with a cluster size of up to 32K, giving the hard drive a 2GB size limit.
The reason that 16-bit file system support is included with Windows XP and Vista is for backwards compatibility with older DOS-formatted file systems and drives.
Why would monitor stay in power safe mode?
There are many reasons. Here are a few in no specific order:
1) the computer is off
2) the computer is in standby
3) the computer is in screen saver mode
4) the computer is in hibernate mode
5) the video card the monitor is hooked up to is not the primary video controller (check BIOS/CMOS settings, hook the monitor to the other video controller till you fix the issue)
6) there is something wrong with the computer (power supply, video card, RAM, motherboard, processor) and the computer is not POSTing.
7) the monitor isn't hooked up to the video card, check the connector
8) the computer is in a resolution or refresh rate that is too high for the monitor. Boot in safe mode and adjust the resolution and/or refresh rates.
9) the monitor cable is broken internally.
10) the monitor itself is defective.
To eliminate the monitor itself as the cause of the problem, hook it up to a known working system. If it works, look at issues 1-8.
Otherwise, probably time for a new monitor.
