if you want a mac dock for your computer then i am going to tell you how to get one that will work exactly like a mac one because it is a mac dock

step1:download x windows dock 2.0.3

step2:go to rocket dock.com and go to get addons

step3:search:the mac os x lion and it will show you the style of the mac skin

step4:click on it and click download let it download and then once it opens in a window leave it like that and open my computer and click on x windows dock and go back to the page that had the download of the mac os x lion skin and drag it over to the x windows dock skins and then go to the new dock named x windows dock right click and go to skins and click next or previous to se the skin you added there once you find the skin you want then click apply and it will be like that

that dock is one of the most best reflecting docks so right click and click settings and go to the general and click run on windows which would make it run on start up so when you turn your computer on it will be there automatically reflecting and you have the mac dock

The 16-bit file system refers to the FAT (File Allocation Table) size. The 16-bit FAT can have up to 65,517 clusters, with a cluster size of up to 32K, giving the hard drive a 2GB size limit.

The reason that 16-bit file system support is included with Windows XP and Vista is for backwards compatibility with older DOS-formatted file systems and drives.

There are many reasons. Here are a few in no specific order:

1) the computer is off

2) the computer is in standby

3) the computer is in screen saver mode

4) the computer is in hibernate mode

5) the video card the monitor is hooked up to is not the primary video controller (check BIOS/CMOS settings, hook the monitor to the other video controller till you fix the issue)

6) there is something wrong with the computer (power supply, video card, RAM, motherboard, processor) and the computer is not POSTing.

7) the monitor isn't hooked up to the video card, check the connector

8) the computer is in a resolution or refresh rate that is too high for the monitor. Boot in safe mode and adjust the resolution and/or refresh rates.

9) the monitor cable is broken internally.

10) the monitor itself is defective.

To eliminate the monitor itself as the cause of the problem, hook it up to a known working system. If it works, look at issues 1-8.

Otherwise, probably time for a new monitor.

First of all you need to uninstall software to to delete it. Second you will need to edit your browser settings to change downloading program, and set it to the browser again. Third, it's possible that you will have to remove leftovers of the previous download manually.
