The financial institution has legal rights to the vehicle via a lien, they dispatch a repo man who locates and takes back the vehicle, usually in the dead of night while you sleep, to avoid any confrontation.
Depends on what the release is for. A personal property release says that you have gotten all your PP out of the car. You cant say you had $1500.00 in the car when it was repoed. A vol. release says that AND that you are returning the car and you KNOW you will be responsible for any defiency balance due after the lender sells the car. Read what you are asked to sign. If the car is repoed in the nite, you wont be asked to sign it. Usually the repoman is trying to get the keys cause he cant afford a repo truck. He wants to DRIVE it away. LOL

No you do not sign a release. Most of the time you won't even know you were repoed until after the fact.

people crave drugs, i think because either because of peer presure, or stress drugs aren't the awnser because they will make you even more ill than you were before. people crave drugs: i think this because people who have problems such as ; stress , family problems or being bullied they would use a drug to help them to feel relaxed because they would be under a lot of pressure and if the person is that kind of a shy type they would have some drugs because drugs make you feel confident.

If you miss your assigned day you have to go to Glen Helen and pay 20 dollars for missing, your allowed to miss 3 times, after that you have to pay 100 dollar reinstatement fee.

Consecutively means you will serve time for each the 4 charges seperately for a total of 16 years in prison.(5,5,5,1) once you finish serving 5 years for 1 charge you then begin serving 5 years for the second charge and so forth..
Concurrently means you will serve time for each the 4 charges at the same time for a total of 5 years in prison.
