A few alternatives that are perhaps a little easier to apply than maneouvering him into what sounded like a triangle choke

Move forward so you are sitting high on his chest, and kneeling so your calves are under his arms and your thighs on top. Pin his wrists over his head. Another alternative is to bounce on him with your bottom perhaps lower down on his stomach. Just kneel up a little eg 4 inches and drop back down, but never so much that he can turn. Each bounce will drive a little air out of him. This can be a good way to wear him down before applying one of the other techniques, or alternatively it can work on its own. A lady did this to me and I was unable to resist after 5 bounces and pretty much helpless after 10 and she was not a huge lady, weighing only about as much as me.

Another alternative is an arm entanglement. I am guessing that you are play fighting and not too bothered about the rules of wrestling. Kneel astride him. Hold his right arm with your right hand, so that his is bent at the elbow with his wrist about shoulder height. With your left arm, go under his right bicep and grip your own right wrist. Many of these stories are humorous in nature, such as the time a drunken Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart mistakenly relieved himself in his own suitcase, or his brother's driving scaring Andre the Giant half to death.

The wrestling business: Bret also tells several stories of backstage politics, mentioning several encounters with men such as Vince McMahon, Hulk Hogan, the Ultimate Warrior, and especially Shawn Michaels. He also discusses his perspective on the Montreal Screwjob. He also spends some time on various eras of wrestling, providing history lessons on the business and how various performers have impacted the art of wrestling over the years.

Health: The final portion of the book centers mainly of Hart's health, especially relating to the stroke he suffered in 2002 and his subsequent recovery, triumphant in the fact that he has not become a wrestling tragedy, broken and broke.

I think the theme is that the truth will set you free. Heidi learned that lies were senseless and by the end of the book she was told the truth about her life and where she had come from. Because of that she was set free and was able to live a better life. She also realized that the truth may not always be what you or others want to believe.
