When I was 13 i ran 58's and 57's and when i was 14 i ran 54-56 and once a 52 (depends on who and how fast the person i was running against). 56's should get you 3rd or better. Usually to garuntee a win, you'll need to run a 53 or 52, but it depends on who you are running against(no one cares what you got.. i got 9 seconds on 400m so ....)
