China is a big country, and its agricultural range is very wide, but China's crops and basically the same as America's. In Southern China, you can grow more diverse things, but it is mainly the same. You can grow many different crops. I'm not exactly sure what kinds of crops they do grow.

The only real difference is that they do have a true tropical zone at the very southern end of China and so they can grow more tropical fruits, vegetables and spices.In China you can grow rice, and corn.
