There really is not one, at least not in the most specific sense. A Physiatrist cares for the musculoskeletal system, but then so do physical therapists and massage therapists. If you need testing or diagnosis, you will need to see the medical doctor. For treatment of the muscular system, however, you will need the services of other health care professionals. In my experience, you cannot beat the hands-on skill of an experienced (and licensed) massage therapist.
Can you make a homemade plaster cast?
Good question. I'm assuming that you are looking to make a fake cast for fun - not actually treat an injury. treating an injury incorrectly, without proper x-rays and expertise will result in permanent problems.
Making the cast should be easy. Just go to a hardware store, pick up some plaster of Paris, and follow the directions. It would probably work best of you get roller gauze form the pharmacy and run it through the plaster of Paris before wrapping it around the limb and letting it dry.
The tricky part will be getting back off. With real casts they wrap the limp with later of bandage to keep the plaster way from the skin. The real problem will be breaking the plaster. Medical saws used for this vibrate and so not cut skin. Do not use a regular saw as you will cut yourself. Using a hammer to break the plaster may result in the need for a genuine cast. I
I would suggest making it look real with thick layers of cloth bandage topped by a thin layer of plaster. You also could consider just using an ace bandage and painting it white.
A fibroid starts as a single muscle cell. For reasons that are not known, this cell changes into a fibroid tumor cell and starts to grow and multiply. Heredity may be a factor. It is thought that a muscle cell may be "programmed" from birth to develop into a fibroid sometime-perhaps many years-after puberty (the start of menstrual periods).
After puberty, the ovaries produce more hormones, especially estrogen. Higher levels of these hormones may help fibroids to grow, although exactly how this might happen is not understood.

Minimum requirements for admittance is a 4-year B.S., which can be in anything as long as all "undergraduate course requirements" are also met. These usually include 2 upper level biology courses, 2 upper level chemistry coures, 2 upper level physics courses, and a number of psychology courses. This is usually the minimum requirements. Depending on the institution this may change slightly.
On the other hand, there are still universities that offer the masters degree in the profession. There is no longer a B.S. degree issued anywhere, however, therapists who obtained their B.S. before the cut-off are still able to practice under this degree.
