Let me answer this question from opposite angle..

What i dont expect:

- I cannot expect some one who is gorgeous looking as Miss world..but some one with decent looks

- I cannot expect them to be totally compatible with my thinking and behaviour. differences are bound to crop up. So i expect someone with whom the differences are manageable.

Now let me tell you what i expect:

- i expect some one who is capable of loving me and my parents as her own.

- i expect some one whom i can respect for some good quality of hers.

- i expect someone who has observed people and their typical behaviours in

the past, so that she knows what is relatively good and what is relatively

bad in our current world.

- i expect some one who is sensible in taking daily routine decisions

Finally, i would expect someone in whose presence i feel happy most of the time and with whom i can talk anything under the sky.

I"m in my Mid fifties and have never heard of any holiday, at least in the US, called Family Day. Father"s Day ( always in June) and Mother"s Day in May, yes but I am not aware of a jointly tasked Family Day. It is stated in one of Gunther"s books that Uruguay, trying to be totally secular , refers to Christmas as Family Day, but that is Uruguay! not the USA.

The nuclear family is typically a modern family. The post modern family could be a nuclear family that broke apart due to a divorcy and now transformed into a patchwork family. Could also be one where there is only two parents and no children. Something like that. I hope that helps. You're obviously doing something wrong honey!HI, i have the same problem and i used 2 fink the same thing till i told my mum. She exlained that the reason she treats him differently is younger. For example, she did more practice 4 the 11+ wiv him coz she woz more experienced n he was at a lower level than i woz n she does some of his homework 4 him coz his not as capable as i woz n he had a stricker teacher. So when she does stuff like that i just look at the stuff she does 4 me like buy me brand new clothes every few weeks (coz im a growin teen who likes new clothes) so itz probebly not coz she likes him more its coz ur both different. Try being extra nice 2 ur mum n do wot ur brother does if she really dont like u!

First, while I don't know the sister of the person who asked this question, I'm sure she would not like to be called a word that is considered a rude name for a female. That said, sisters have been fighting with each other, and with their brothers, since the beginning of recorded history. It's a myth that all siblings get along, and yes, sometimes, a sister (or a brother for that matter) can be aggravating. The good news is that people grow and change, and while a sister may seem frustrating or annoying now, she may not always be that way.

It has been so for more years than I can remember. In fact I would say that it is more important than saying happy birthday. Your birthday means that you have reached another year in your life. Anniversary means that a couple have been together for another year. Whether it is their second or sixtieth anniversary, it means that they have faced all of the trials that a marriage can bring about; raising children, buying a home and finally paying off the last installment. Settling arguments and all of the tribulations and happy times that couples go through.
