So don't argue the cause - argue the effects. Apart from that, try not to get too upset by it all. If anything, prolonged shouting matches, groundings and similar will only strengthen her resolve and might tweak her to other more extreme and dangerous pursuits of independence.

I guess it also depends on what it is you like. Show up for a date wearing a woman's clothes (something daring like a blouse and bra) if you just like to wear woman's clothing. If you like the idea of being undressed and then having a girl dress you in woman's clothes, try losing at strip poker and once you are naked have the dares be each time you lose again you have to put on your gf's clothes. There is the straight forward way of just asking your gf to take off your clothes and put her clothes on you.

If you have a good relationship with your family members, then nothing is worth breaking that relationship for. She could be jealous of your sister and have possessive tenancies in a relationship. If you are quite early into you relationship with this girl, then you should seriously think about what is important. If you break relations with your family members, then who is going to help pick up the pieces if your relationship doesn't work out. After all you cannot get better support than family.

Abuse victims sometimes emulate the behavior of the abuser.

By becoming abusive themselves, they are able to restrain the abuser.

I started to hate myself and the person I was starting to become while with my abusive partner. I started modeling his behavior and doing and acting and thinking as he did. I was so far removed from "who I was" before I met him. Even after the relationship ended I was still modeling that behavior because that was my exposure for 2 years. My family and friends even noticed behavioral changes in m;especially prented myself (as in speech, body language, etc). It took honesty from family and friends and a willingness to listen and change to free myself from those abusive patterns. Even today I still catch myself and it has been 5 months since it ended. Also, being honest with myself and speaking freely to a counselor/pastor about these has been a tremendous help. When someone has been continually exposed to that behavior and made to feel shameful with blame shifting...they tend to emulate what they have been used to.

Regrettably, abusive conduct is hard to get rid of and it "spills" to other areas of life. It is hard to confine it to your interactions with the abuser only.
