Which is stronger feeling anger or love?
At a basic level love is on a higher intellectual plane as to love something is normally a decision to love, while anger is emotional and is designed to 'attack', whether it is verbal or physical doesn't matter.
It is much easier to get angry because it is similar the effects of adrenalin. Anger is easy because it is more of an emotional approach, rather than an intellectual approach to a particular situation it doesn't care about the magnitude of the wrong ( which is normally the case) that has been done to the person. This usually results in an attack of some sort either physical or verbal and, with technology, cyber bullying.
Love can be easy if its a close friend, relative or sentimental object. This means that you understand the other at a much deeper, emotional level (except the sentimental object). Outside of relationships and family, love is much harder to 'feel'. A normal reaction with new, or old, things in life is a subconscious wariness of that person or thing will do something to harm you.
Love doesn't apply to the attraction to something visually stimulating, eg attractiive women or men. This attraction is more due to hormones and the subconscious 'want' to, for a lack of better words, mate with them.
(sorry if this doesn't help)
Two things to consider here: Her reason for her behavior, and how far you are prepared to go to correct the issues.
There are any number of reasons, and even lack of reasons for an eleven year old to behave in such a way. She could be reacting to some sort of trauma she has experienced, it could be the result of hormone surges related to the onset of puberty, it could be the behavior of a spoiled child. Perhaps she just likes the results that she gets when she behaves badly. She is either crying out for help, or receives some sort of "pay out" for behaving badly. You need to determine what the source of the behavior is.
How far you and your family are willing to go to correct the behavior is another matter, and one that should be attended to with strong consideration of the source of the behavior. If the girl has been traumatized, she will require serious and lengthy counselling to help her come to terms with the issues she is facing. If however this is bad behavior for the sake of bad behavior, your family may need to consider sending the girl away to be dealt with. There are a number of behavior modification programs that can help turn the tide. However, caution must be used if this is the course your family takes. Make certain the choice matches the source of the behavior or more serious consequences may result.
Why is cultural important to the family?
cultural is important to the family because it teaches who you are and where you came from and where you want to be in life.
Men ask if you love them because they want your relationship to be more serious. If they don't ask it doesnt mean they don't like you it either means they are scared to ask you or they are not ready for that kind of relationship.

How do you tell a homophobic mom that you are bisexual?
First of all, though I hate saying this, you have to think about your own well-being. If there's a chance your mother could throw you out of the house and you don't have anywhere else to live, don't tell her -- at least until you have another adult family member on your side.
This is certainly not an easy task for you and most certainly won't be easy for your mother, but honesty is the best policy. You are who you are, but before you decide you are bisexual you should discuss this with a trusted adult or counselor. You need to be comfortable with who you are before you tell your mom.
Most parents, when confronted with the fact that their own child is gay or bisexual, go through a period of confusion and fear. There is an organization called PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) with chapters in most larger communities. Get in touch with them and they can help you tell your mom what's going on and help her through the confusion and fear.
