What is the deadliest job in America?

How can you make a good decision on the job?

Practice! Typically employers will ask the same 20 questions (If that many). You can go to your local bookstore to read up on these questions. Also, when you are being interviewed, the most "important" questions are the cause and effect questions. For example, "Tell me a situation where the customer was unhappy, and what you did to resolve the issue." ALWAYS pause for a second so they think that you are taking the time to come up with an answer. Then give a specific example of the situation, what specific actions you did (preferably on your own without help) and the outcome. From my experience of interviewing tellers, they will use the same example over and over! If you have an idea of what will be asked, you won't feel under pressure. Another great technique is just practicing how to change an interview into a conversation (with the appropriate tone of course). Simple things like creating a PC joke or turning the question back to the interviewer is a great start. These conversational interviews are more relaxed, and you typically have a more realistic answer.. instead of a practiced one.

How many people currently unemployed in the US?

7

No one KNOWS for certain. The Bureau of Labor Stats estimates from a carefully designed multi-part national survey that just short of 10% of the 153 million folks in the IUS workforce are "unemployed". That means one thing - seeking work but not paid to work this week.

There are another 150 million US residents not working, but they are outside the workforce: retirees, children, inmates, active military, disabled, housewives, and former workers not seeking employment.
The percent unemployed refers to the percent of workers unemployed, and does not include children and others not considered a part f the work force.

What are the income requirements to get into job corps?

The income requirements are not listed on the Department of Labor website. They refer you to a telephone number which is going to ask where you live, and then refer you to the nearest Job Corp office to you. This leads me to believe that the income requirements are different by state. I have listed the phone number from the web site below.

If you or someone you know is interested in joining Job Corps or would like more information please call (800) 733-JOBS or (800) 733-5627. An operator will provide you with general information about the program, refer you to the admissions counselor closest to where you live and mail you an information packet.

What Classes To Become A Doctor?

It really depends on what university you want to apply for medicine into to. If you are in Canada - most, if not all medical schools, do not consider your undergraduate major. You can even apply with a music degree if you want!!!

Courses recommended for medicine:

- biology, chemistry, physics, English, and mathimatics (in order of importance) - these will help you prepare for your MCAT and also for the information that will be taught in Med School.

these coureses are intended to help you to do better on the MCAT and in Med School, and are not necisarily required for medical school application.

You should use common sense - e.g. it is better to take a course in anatomy or physiology than in marine biology. Aim your courses towards understanding the human body,

Then also consider Chemistry, Physics, Calculus, and engish because these are the things on the MCAT.

hope this helps, best of luck!!!

What does a job specification include?

A job description provides job seekers with application information for any given job. It should include all of the specific details applicants would need to know about a specific position they are applying for. Each of the elements included in a job description ultimately serves to bring in the right candidate for the job by allowing them to become familiar with what to expect from the company.

  1. Job Summary
    • A job description is generally a short paragraph of four to five sentences that includes a summary of the particular positions that are open with any certain company. This includes a description of exactly what the positions entail and what kind of duties are expected while working at this particular job. It also includes the responsibilities that a person can expect to fulfill if given the position. Overall, a job description provides all the essential information any job searchers would need to know while looking for a job.

    Qualifications
    • A job description includes the qualifications any given position requires, and the level of skill that is necessary to get the job. Some of the elements that may be included in the qualifications portion of a job description are education and work experience as well as certain physical requirements a job might call for. It may also include any specialized knowledge needed to fulfill the position. For example, a job may call for expertise in medical fields, finance, literary arts or mechanical maintenance. Job seekers need to know these qualifications to determine if the job is right for them.

    Special Skills
    • Job descriptions include a list of special skills that an employer needs to see in a potential job candidate. These necessary skills could include professional skills, or skills a person has received in similar positions to the one in the job description. A job description may also include a list of desired interpersonal skills such as effective communication skills, leadership skills, customer service skills and business skills. The skill set listed on a job description is important so that employers can find the most qualified person for the job.

    Personal Qualities
    • A job description may include a list of necessary personal qualities for any particular job. Personal qualities go beyond qualifications and specialized skill sets because they are directly related to a job searcher's personality. A job description may include this section to attract candidates that would fit in most harmoniously within a particular company. Personal qualities include a person's overall demeanor, personal behavior and preferences, level of resourcefulness and ability to remain professional while executing any given task.

If you have a day off on the holiday do you still get paid?

Usually that depends on your company's policies regarding holiday pay. It is also influenced by your state's labor laws. I suggest you read your employee's handbook to find out what your company's policy is regarding holiday pay. The usual case is that you must be at work on the regular workday both before and after a holiday unless you have previously scheduled vacation time with your manager. Keeps people from using sick days to extend a holiday.
