The other tool is to have your HR dept develop a better evaluation form that will clearly identify areas and people that need improving on Have a talk with them about their performance. Your co-worker is a professional, they can handle constructive critisism. If their performance is effecting yours, you need to talk to your boss. As a professional, it is not good for your career to have people who hurt your performance working around you.

Depends on what type of setting you are in. I made $15.00/hour as a Limited Scope tech in a clinic. When I got my RT license, I went to work at a hospital, which has a starting pay as an RT of $19.00/hour. For Limited Scope at the hospital they only pay $13.75/hour.

Consider that's only basic pay. You'll likely get just as much, tax free, from other sources of pay such as housing allowance, subsistence pay, etc.

Also after a while you can add on family separation pay, sea service pay, hazardous duty pay, reenlistment bonuses. It's a well kept secret how well the military is paid.

Actually this answer would have to be an opinion. In my case a great job for a teenager would be working a grocery store since your only wanting to make money. Like Publix or something you can make easy money. If your looking for a real job try an intership where you can get payed, as long as your over 18. But let it be something you enjoy doing!

America has laws about that where you cannot get an actual job from an employer like wal mart fleet farm mcdonalds or anything else until you are 15 and whatever there policy is. but you can always get a babysitting job

An Statement if I can make, the proper term as Ocean scientist is "Oceanographer" not oceangraphist. If you have done spell check you would have a red scribble line under oceangraphist, plus you most add an "o" in between the n and g or the middle. oceanographer. Look it up first.

Answer The waste line from the downstairs toilet is not vented (or not vented properly, or the vent is plugged up). Flushing the upstairs toilet creates a vacuum in the main line which sucks the water out of the one downstairs. Answer your waste lines for both toilets may be on the same branch off the sewer main. Either you have a stoppage in the branch line or you have a stoppage in the main line. (If it's the main line your downstairs toilet would have to be the lowest fixture, ie If you have a floor drain downstairs and it's a stoppage in your main line it would backup through the floor drain. If there is no floor drain the toilet downstairs is probably your lowest fixture.) Your best bet is to snake out the system through the toilet downstairs.
