use the cream every morning and night for 7 days in a row and leave a blob on it but don't rub it in hard, let is disolve into the skin, don't overdo the blob. it should go withing 7 days, but don't put Andy soap on it and if its not gone coontact ur gp :) it worked for me on spots and red skin on my neck doing that
