Don't use any extenders, they will make the call lag since it is traveling through multiple stops in your network if you use an extender. If you don't, do it on some thing you enjoy... your favorite hobby, sport, food, least favorite things... and if you can't think of one talk about speeches them self how much time you spent on trying to figure out a topic, if you like them or not, stuff like that.
