Wal-Mart pretty much sells school supplies all the time. During the regular year they probably just sell simple things like pencils, paper, pens, etc. However, during the school year they do sell more of a variety of school supplies.

Wal mart is not a discount tire company but the one in your area may be. Your best option is to use your local phone book, call your local wal mart, and ask them.

To be honest, Walmart seems to be rather evasive with the whole mission/vision thing! However, Walmart's vision is the same as its stated purpose: "We save people money so they can live better."1 It can be found on its corporate website. However, I have heard the "world leaders in retail" statement, which I can't find on the website at all.

yes, they are usually in the crafts area of the store and the school supplies. There are some other stores that sell polymer clay, i dont know about wal-mart. There is also some clay that you dont have to bake and make it over again and again.
