- i just think that education is not preparing our youth to be more responsible to deal with problem they may incouter because they only being teach the theory not about the life skills that can anable them to solve a problem. many who are using substances is because of lack of responsibility.so the educational system must try to address the more pratical thing ,not that i am angaist other language ,what is the use to teach a black south African youth a latin while they cannot use it in practical basis.

Can you double-major in psychology and marketing?
The question is not properly phrased. If you are referring to the possibility of having psychology as a major with a minor in marketing then yes it is possible. However, you must decide whether this will lead to achieving your overall career goals and objectives. If you are truly asking about a double major in psychology & marketting, the answer is yes. The question is how will this help you achieve your personal and career goals. The dual major here seems like it would be useful for someone doing consumer psychology research.
Is math required to major in biology?
Most universities will require some sort of math for any major as a "General Education requirement." Some universities will have you take a placement exam before entering college to see what math would suit you the best. For a Biology major, I'm going to bet you need to take a Calculus course. Oh no! Don't fret too much though. Some universities have calculus classes specifically for some majors. (For example, at my school we have "Calculus for Business, Life, and Social science majors" that is required for Biology majors and also "Engineering Calculus" for engineers). I took both and the Calculus for Business, Life, and Social science majors was much easier that the engineering Calculus. This will vary for different colleges and universities though.
What will you learn if you choose Mechatronic major?
Being a Mechatronic major (i.e. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering etc.) would require you to take a good deal of engineering courses. You could expect to take a good deal of Physics, Calculus, Computer classes, and also some specific Engineering classes. Depending on the institution, you may also take some Chemistry, Robotics, Mechanics, and Dynamics courses. Basically, you could expect to learn a great deal of Math and Physics.
The vocational arts is an education to train in an area for a career. Some vocational arts include dental assistant or automotive.

A Bachelor of Social Work is a Social Work Degree that you get from a credited University or College. Usually it takes 4 years to get the degree. Some people do a social work diploma (2 years) and then go on and do their final 2 years to get their degree. Diploma's in social work I believe only exist in Alberta, Canada. Other Provinces and Countries usually do 2 years of Arts and Science courses (Psych, Sociology, English, ectra) and then 2 years of specialized Social Work courses (interviewing, social policy, mental health, First Nations Studies, Addictions, Research ectra). There is also Diploma's or certificates in such areas as child and youth and some social work programs will transfer the credits for those courses.
