No.
The Old Testament states in at least one place that a person who sins, but doesn't realize that it's sin, is not held accountable for that sin until he learns that it is a sin, at which point the person needs to make atonement. This led to the conclusion of the "age of accountability," which means that a child who is too young to know that what she does is a sin is not held accountable for the sin. Past a certain age -- that age not being a fixed number, but based on the individual's ability to reason -- she has the capacity to know the difference between right and wrong, obedience and sin.
Babies Aren't Born ChristiansInfant baptism was not a feature of first century Christianity. Jesus told his followers to all preach the good news of the kingdom and make other disciples or taught ones and baptize them as shown at Matthew 28:19,20. If one was of an age of reason, one could preach. Obviously an infant cannot yet be a taught one. The Apostle Paul shows that God considers young children to be holy even if only one parent is a believing Christian at 1 Cor. 7:14. Thus parents need not worry about their infant and young children dying in an unbaptized state. Rather they need to provide training that will lead their children to make a voluntary dedication and baptism once they are older. Children are the Kingdom of HeavenMatthew 19:14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.Mark 10:14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
AnswerIf all Atheists will go to Hell, then all babies who dies will also go to hell. Because they don't have an idea of what god is."All Babies are Atheist"
AnswerTo put it in more simple terms babies are born innocent and I do believe there is a "little light" in each baby that grows if the parents choose to let that light grow. Babies that pass away certainly do go to God!!!! CorrectionTo state "All Babies are Atheist" (as above) reveals complete ignorance of human spirituality and of the correct meaning of atheism.Atheism requires the complete denial of the existence of God (any God)without possibility of being wrong. It is a conscious decision based on the subject's experiences and the analysis of available information, evidence and the experience of others.
No-one, contrary to certain answers given on this site, is born an atheist. Babies are born "innocent" and in my opinion are probably closer to God than any adult. This innocence or Neutrality is a natural state. As babies grow they develop the mental capacity to reason. They are bold enough to question things around them - all parents remember when their children first asked "why, this?" or "why, that?". They are intelligent enough that if reasonably exposed to religion they can and do decide for themselves what they actually accept as true.
Atheism is, in fact, an error of arrogance because it does not accept the possibility of being wrong. Thus, since it is naturally impossible to prove to everyone's satisfaction the existence or otherwise of God, atheism is merely a belief that is accepted as faith by the atheist - it is therefore, just another belief system. Atheism is the religion of atheists.

Should you say happy mother's day to a woman whose child has died?
you could but before you do consider the following: How is she dealing with the loss? How recent didn't this child pass away? Does she have any other children? in my opinion you shouldn't because it might upset her.
Which type of twins develop from two fertilized eggs?
Twins from different eggs are fraternal twins. They are siblings with the same birthdate. They are twins, but not identical, and can even be girl and boy. It is the same process taking place as a single child that a woman becomes pregnant with, but the process happens with two children at the same time. The woman releases two eggs that month instead of one, and they both are fertilized. That is how this type of twin is produced.

I think silver nitrate is not given to a woman during birthing.I think it is given to the newborn for crede's prophylaxis (applying silver nitrate to the eyelids of the newborn so as to prevent infection like syphilis or gonorrhea).Another alternative for silver nitrate is erythromycin.

What is the cost of two women having a baby?
2x ...
Having a baby is expensive with insurance, what about if you do not have insurance? What can you do? These are normal thoughts and concerns if you were not ready for having a baby. The happiness you have about your pregnancy should not be greatly affected by the costs. Therefore it is a good idea to have a plan in place to help with the expenses.
The costs that you will need to think about are the costs of the prenatal visits, the ultra sound, the birth, the hospitals stays for you and the baby and the postnatal visits. This can be somewhat pricey even with insurance. These prices do vary with the amount of visits you need, the type of delivery you have and how the postnatal health of you and the baby are. The average cost of a pretty normal pregnancy is around $7000-$15,000. Again this can vary a great deal depending on the circumstances
How does depression affect an unborn baby?
if depression runs on either side of the family genes, they baby may have a chance at having it as well. if both parents have depression the chance is greater than if only one parent has it. if you are talking about yourself having depression and wondering the affects it could take on your unborn child...many say that stress due to things like depression can cause preterm labor and can make for a colicky baby. talk to your doctor though they can help explain this to you.
Is eight years too big a gap between siblings?

How do you know if your baby is a boy or girl?
If you are pregnant and curious what gender the baby will be, here is how to figure that out:
When you go for a scan at the doctors they will ask you if you want to know the sex of the baby.
An ultrasound can help determine the gender, but it isn't always accurate, so the best way to know is at the time of birth.
Ask the doctor now or later when your older -----
Usually, but not always, girls are carried lower than boys.
You can have an ultrasound to determine your baby's sex. I never had an ultrasound with any of my four children, but with each one, the OBGYN could tell the sex by the heart beat and was right every time!
