If, perhaps, you could complete the 120 credit hours requirement within those two years. That would be a real nasty class load each of those semesters ... 55 credit hours in one semester? 15 credit hours is considered a full time load.

The plural would be "Masters of Arts" but this is much less used than the form "Master of Arts degrees" (more than one degree) or Master of Arts graduates, which would be more than one person.

In my own life, I had to make that decision. The Bachelor of Arts in Music took 135 credit hours.

The Bachelor of Music degree took 172 credit hours, as it involved a required double minor (as well as major) in music. I opted for the extra time (and expense) to earn the B. Mus. degree. I have never regretted it.

It is important because when ever you grow up your going to have to know all about having babies and things like how the sperm cell ( in the man) meets with the egg cell (in the women). And if you think about it, your mum and dad had sexual intercourse for having a baby and they probably wouldn't have have known how to do it if they weren't taught it at school!
