Why would an engineer want to know about how populations change over time?
I think the reason for this could be that the engineers need to know the type of architecture then.
For eg. if the population was increasing, engineers would try and make such type of houses so as to fit in more people. Lesser place and more people.
Engineers also need to know how the water and electricity should b supplied, in case it has to be supplied to lots of places then they may find better means for it.
Why are porcupine teeth orange?
The porcupines and the beavers teeth are composed of two different materials, the outer, orange colored portion is harder, the whiter inner portion is much softer. When the animals chew things the softer material wears away faster than the colored, harder part of the teeth are constantly sharpened as they wear and grow. Part of the
difference in color is simply due to the different composition. However another
reason is that some trees and leaves like Aspen and Birch contain tannin which leaves stains on the rodents teeth.
I think the part of the number codes '11 12 20' refers to the casting date. I have restored two Kohler tubs with the last number in the sequence being '14' and '15' from residences in Richland Center, Wisconsin that I know were built/upgraded around the 1917 - 1920 time frame. But, I have found a definite reference for this yet.

How many beavers are left in the world?
Estimating the global beaver population is challenging, but it is generally believed that there are around 10 to 15 million beavers worldwide, primarily consisting of the North American beaver and the Eurasian beaver. Conservation efforts have helped their populations recover in many areas where they were once endangered. However, local populations can vary significantly due to habitat loss and hunting pressures. Overall, beavers are currently considered to be of least concern on the IUCN Red List.
No. Ducks are generally not considered carnivores, meat eaters. They don't have the beaks for it. Even if they had, an adult beaver would be a difficult prey for a bird of a duck's size.
Do beavers and platypuses get along?
No, a beaver isn't related to a platypus. Even though they're both mammals, a beaver gives birth to live young while a platypus lays eggs.
When answering this question, it's important to differentiate between the North American Beaver and the Eurasian beaver. The North American beaver plays above the rim, and has a vertical leap that's been measured as high as forty-two inches (1.07m). The Eurasian beaver doesn't jump quite as high, but has a very crafty perimeter game.

All types of turtles and honeybees are animals that require oxygen to sustain life. These animals are also similar in that they are both consumers, and must consume other organisms in order to produce ATP.
