What age did bill gates invent windows?

He started Microsoft and he was one of the major frontrunners of the Graphical User Interface system of computers, which he called windows.

Chances are, you are using windows, with, thanks to Windows Xp (home and pro), we can store hundreds or more of windows in stacks on the nice little blue taskbar on the bottom of the screen (unless you unlocked yours and moved it).

Sure, he is a nerd with a horrible hair style, but the Xbox 360 is gold, and he is credited with that!

This is inaccurate. Bill Gates did NOT invent the windows system. The idea of using Windows, Icons, Menus and Pointers - sometimes called the WIMP system - was first developed at the Palo Alto Research Center by a the employees of the Xerox company. They chose not to do anything with this and Steve Jobs at Apple, there on a visit, saw the potential and went with this system on his Apple computers.

Bill Gates was eventually persuaded of the virtues of this system, and when ordinary PCs became powerful enough to use it, he decided that Microsoft should produce a WIMP system of their own. This was called "Microsoft Windows" and eventually (by version 3.1) became widely adopted on PCs.

It took hundreds of people to write Microsoft Windows, and the original idea was already working on Apple computers. Bill Gates did contribute to the programming design, but cannot be said to have "invented" the WIMP system at any age.

Gates and Allen founded Microsoft back in 1975, Windows was not a really viable way of working with a PC until the mid-80s.

What invenstion has Bill Gate done for technology?

I shouldn't even have to answer this... :)

Bill Gates was the co-founder of the Microsoft Corporation, one of the most influential and successful business known to date. Microsoft is best know for producing the Microsoft Windows Operating System series (used on nearly every computer worldwide), and the Microsoft Office Series (used for Word Processing, PowerPoints, Spreadsheets, etc...). However, Microsoft also produces products such as the Microsoft xBox 360 game console (and is currently developing Project Natal, where a user can play a game without a controller), Microsoft mice, keyboards, and other equipment. Additionally, Microsoft also operates Microsoft Game Studios (which helps to produce many high-tech games for the xBox and PC, such as Halo 3), xBox LIVE (the service which allows multiple xBox users to play against one another), Microsoft SYNC (voice recognition software used in some Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles), and it just recently created Bing, a fast and user-friendly search engine.

How did the USA become so wealthy?

The United States, upon it's founding, established the first experiment in near-complete economic freedom in world history. It has a constitutional guarantee to private property rights and a strong anti-tax sentiment. As a result, individuals were free to pursue their economic interests (i.e. start businesses, invent, etc) without the burden of excessive taxation, regulation, coercion, or theft. The rule of law was upheld, which punished the use of force or fraud, which by and large, encouraged honest business practices and allowed for trade of property and labor in a market free from external coercion. This contrasted with the rest of the world for decades, where tyrants, despots, and even democratically elected governments would seize property, over-regulate, and block individual pursuit of profit for the purpose of political or financial gain of the governments. As a result of this freedom, American entrepreneurs invented the steam engine, the capacity to produce electricity cheaply, the assembly line, the airplane, etc. The jobs and wealth created by these and many other innovations remained in the United States. Freedom also allowed competition, which kept consumer prices low and quality of services high, compared to the rest of the world. This economic system, which was predicated on the natural and inalienable right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, was formerly known as the "system of natural liberty", and is now known as capitalism.

Does Bill Gates have a perfect credit score?

He's swimming in debt! So many late fees from not paying the cable company from HBO. Gates has made the mistake that so many people make of thinking they can have it all now and pay later or just pay the minimum balance! His biggest mistake was buying high speed internet and then the bills went up to nearly 50$ a month. It was all downhill from there and his credit was ruined.

When did bill gates became the richest man?

He still is the richest man in the U.S and arguably the world at $52.3 billion a year. If he were to be paid by the hour, and he dropped a thousand dollar bill (if there was such a thing), and stopped working to pick it up, he would actually lose money. This is because he is paid more than a thousand dollars per three seconds!

Does everyone have dreams?

In my opinion, a dream is something you imagine, maybe a dream of becoming the world's best singer, or simply dreaming you got an A on a test. Let me answer your question with a question, do you know one person that has never dreamed that the result was different than what is was?

Answer

Yes everyone has dreams except sometimes people don't remember but everyone always has dreams.

Answer

Yes, everyone has dreams. If humans didn't dream they'd go crazy as it's the brains way of releasing stress. Most humans that sleep properly (no insomnia) go into a REM sleep (deep sleep where the eyes constantly go from side to side with lids closed.) Humans dream every 1/2 hour, but usually don't remember any of the dreams. Dreams they do remember or nightmares are generally the first few seconds before you wake even though the dream may feel like it's gone on forever. Scientists that study dream patterns in people believe that a person will awake before any harm comes to them or they would die. eg: Dreaming you are falling off a building and flying through the air. You'll wake before you hit the ground.

Answer

No, studies have shown that damage to parts of the brain (often the parietal lobe) can stop dreaming completely. Though it is safe to say most if not all people with normal brains do dream, though not all of them remember it.

If you cosigned for someone who is not paying their bills but it willing to take full responsibility can you get out of it?

The primary borrower may be WILLING to take responsibility, but most likely the lender will not think he is ABLE to make the repayment. That's why he needed a cosigner in the first place.

There is a difference in being responsible for a debt and being legally liable for one.

The primary debtor may be responsible, but signing a contract as a co-signer makes you legally liable for that debt as well. Credit grantors are in the business of extending credit. They are adept at evaluating risk. When you co-sign for someone, you are taking a risk that a professional lender was unwilling to take. This is why credit grantors make high-risk consumers get a co-signer in the first place, so they will have someone else who "can not get out of it" and will pay the debt.
