Did you ever get an answer to this?
having had my Travelmate for over 3 years i was determined to find out.
Click on Start and then Search. Do a programme search for Bluetooth and eventually you'll find a huge page of icons labelled Bluetooth Drivers. It was on your computer all the time!
Bottom left is an icon called setup.exe. to its right is a PDF manual.
between the two of them you ought to be able to work it out. If i can, you can.. I'm halfway though at present but at least now I have the bluetooth item in my tray down the bottom.
Why it doesn't come ready installed heaven only knows.

(two hours later). Not so fast. I think what i'd done is inadvertently download the drivers. Had the icon on my taskbar and everything but it STILL didn't work.
It seems from research on other discussion groups that many of these Acer laptops are/were sold without the hardware on the motherboard (whatever that is) in the first place, so if you don't have the hardware the drivers are useless. I've had to do a "system restore" to get rid of the drivers.
So there are a lot of very unhappy, nay angry, customers out there who are wondering why they have a computer with a nifty illuminated Bluetooth button on the front that always says "No Device" when you try to switch it on. I originally thought the "No Device" might mean that you have no outboard device nearby which you are trying to connect to (eg in my case mobile phone). But no, it seems the "No Device" means no hardware on your machine.
all very frustrating and a big, big waste of time.
There is no definitive reason why people like the color blue. This is a personal preference that can vary among people.
How much electricity does a bluetooth use?
Bluetooth devices typically consume very little electricity, usually around 1 to 10 milliwatts during active use. In standby mode, power consumption can drop to as low as 0.01 milliwatts. The energy efficiency of Bluetooth technology, especially with low energy (BLE) versions, allows devices to operate for extended periods on small batteries, making it ideal for wearables and IoT applications. Overall, Bluetooth is designed to be power-efficient while maintaining connectivity.

What is different between novell network and Microsoft network?
The primary difference is that when using a workstation as a Novell client, you're most likely connecting to a Novell network, and when using one as a Microsoft Client, you're most likely connecting to a Microsoft network.
Novell and Microsoft's models of network security differ. Microsoft has their Active Directory (which arguably a lot of which has been stolen from Novell), and Novell has their NDS (Novell Directory Services).
In terms of your computer connecting to one of these networks, it'll differ between a Novell and Windows network in some technical ways, but from a user's perspective things remain pretty similar.
How control PC using mobile phone via bluetooth?
Well, there are a lot of programs out there on the internet which would enable you to control your PC (the PC must have Bluetooth support) via Bluetooth
Some examples of these programs are:
- Vectir Mobile Bluetooth Remote Control

and alot more...
However, all these programs would require you to have the Client software (which normally is an executable Java file) installed on your mobile device and the Host software installed on your PC.
