The yellow warning symbol on a BMW 318i is an indicator that there is a technical fault or issue with the vehicle. It could be related to the engine, transmission, brakes, or other components. It is important to have the vehicle diagnosed by a professional mechanic to determine the specific problem and address it promptly.
The most common places for coolant to leak on a BMW 325 are from the water pump, radiator, hoses, thermostat housing, and expansion tank. It's important to inspect these components if you suspect a coolant leak to prevent overheating and engine damage.
You can purchase coolant for a 2000 328i at auto parts stores, online retailers, or BMW dealerships. It is recommended to use a BMW-approved coolant, such as the Genuine BMW Antifreeze/Coolant, to ensure compatibility and optimal performance for your vehicle.
If your BMW still does not crank after adding more gas, you may want to check the fuel pump and the fuel filter. It's possible that running out of gas may have caused debris to clog the filter or damaged the fuel pump. These components may need to be inspected and potentially replaced to get your car running again.
To increase the acceleration of a 2001 325ci, you can consider upgrading the engine with performance enhancements like air intake and exhaust systems, tuning the engine's computer for more power, installing a performance chip, or upgrading the suspension and handling components for better traction and control. Additionally, ensuring proper maintenance like changing spark plugs, filters, and fluids can also help improve performance.
To change the corner lights on a BMW 323, you typically have to access them from the inside of the bumper. Depending on the model year, there may be screws or clips holding the corner light in place that need to be removed. Once these are released, you can disconnect the wiring harness and gently pull out the old corner light. Installation is the reverse of removal. It's recommended to consult the vehicle's manual or seek professional help if you are unsure.
The issue could be with a faulty thermostat, a malfunctioning cooling fan, air in the cooling system, or a problem with the temperature gauge itself. It is recommended to have a diagnostic scan done to pinpoint the exact cause of the temperature gauge issue and address it accordingly to prevent any further damage to the engine.
Shaking during acceleration in a 2003 BMW 325xi could be caused by issues with the engine mounts, spark plugs, ignition coils, or fuel system. It is recommended to have a mechanic inspect these components to determine the exact cause of the shaking.
You can try contacting BMW dealerships, auto parts stores, or online retailers that specialize in BMW parts. It's important to make sure you are purchasing the correct size and fit for your BMW 328i convertible to ensure proper installation and functionality.

The triangle symbol is the uppercase letter delta (from the Greek alphabet), and refers to "difference in...". For example, delta x means how much the variable x changes between two different positions considered.
Very aggravating problem with a simple answer thanks to my wife! First, you must have the time showing in the instrument cluster of your dashboard (the digital display in the center of the dash showing the odomoter, temperature, etc.). If the time is not showing in the instrument cluster, then look/feel for a small button labelled 'BC' on the end of the turn signal indicator lever. Push this button to scroll through the options for the instrument cluster and stop when the time is displayed. With the time showing in the instrument cluster, twist and hold the right knob on the instrument cluster until the time starts to change. You can twist it forward or backwards depending on which way you want to set the time. This sets the time in both the instrument cluster and the radio.
The fog light on a 2008 BMW 335i is replaced by removing the retaining bolts, prying the light assembly from the vehicle, and twisting the bulb connector. The bulb can then be removed from its socket and a new one put in place.
To put a window back on track in a 1996 Geo Metro, the door panel will have to be removed. Use a screwdriver to pry up the clips around the door panel. Then locate the window cable and rewind it. If the window is operated by a power switch, be careful not to pinch the fingers when rewinding the cable.
any gun oil or sewing machine oil will work for lubing moving parts. make sure to wipe off any excess as soon as you can and only apply it to the metal moving parts. the best method of cleaning is with a damp cloth and a mild soap. lubrication is where oils come in. If the bow is used for target shooting any commercial lubricant will work. If the bow is used for hunting, partricularly for whitetail deer, use a graphite or vegetable based oil spray like "pam" as deer find it less offensive than petroleum based products.
I have a 1999 BMW 328i and I found the fuel pump relay in the trunk on the left side (pasenger)it's right underneath the plastic housing on the inside of the trunk on top of the rear wheel mold. The relay is a 5 prong relay light green in color....... hope this helps, let me know if you found it.
Easily done! while the ignition is turned on, press the left arm (BC) several times, scrolling through temp, miles to empty, etc... until the clock is displayed in the dashboard. From this position, there are two knobs in the dashboard; the left one resets the trip miles, the right one is used to adjust the clock. Turn the right knob clockwise and counter clockwise to adjust the minutes and hours. Cheers.
If your vehicle happens to be a Chevrolet or GMC, turn the ignition to the on position and push the gas pedal to the floor three times within 5 seconds, the oil change light should flash five times and you're done.
The fusebox for the Jetta is on the left side of the dashboard. Fuse #42 is for the radio, radio also has fuses of its own on the back of the radio itself.
This is probably caused by leaving your Hazard Lights on, but may also be an electrical short. Have it checked by an automotive electrical technician if you have tried to turn off the Hazard Lights switch and they still stay on
I have a 93 Jeep GC. You can put the window back on track but it will certainly come off again. You need a window regulator/actuator. Ive done a lot of research on the web and it seems that most jeeps are having the same issues with the windows. The part is pretty expensive. Someone told me you can use the rollers offf of a sliding screen door instead
You have some serious problems. Hooking up a battery backwards plays hell with the electronics. If you really want to keep the car you will probably have to replace a lot if not all the electronic control devices that manage your engine.
