Motor oil is a higher viscosity and lower detergent level than tranny fluid. Drain the oil out asap and replace with ATF right away.

To get all of the oil out you'll have to have a complete transmission drain that includes the converter as well. If you just drain the pan you only get about 1/3 or less of the total volume of ATF in there.

FYI If you have sticking valve lifters before you change oil drain a quart out or wait till it's about a quart low. Add ATF to the crankcase but don't drive more than a few hundred miles.

The ATF will loosen a lot of dirt the regular oil usually can't which may unstick the lifters. This is because ATF is so high in detergents.

Are you talking about the fender light or the corner light next to headlight? And what years is your application?

For the most part, the answer is no.

For interior pieces, most parts will be interchangeable.

The M3 features a wide-body, so the exterior body pieces are almost all different.

The M3 uses a S54 engine, which produces much more power than the 325i which has a M54 engine. Most of the engines parts are different in order to produce the extra power. Due to this, they cannot be interchanged between the two.

There's many ways to make car make noise when it is turned off I am only going to explain one because I have to write another response about performing proper change of headlight fluid. Depending on how much noise do you want to make there are several options. One easy one is to puncture your tire with a knifeor a nail. The noise will be pretty loud, but short when you use a knife and quiet but longer when you use a nail. The good thing is you can repeat the process three more times, or four if you want to puncture your spare too.

Depends on the year of your BMW, and the style of power steering rack. There are 2 common types: 1) Electronic Power Steering (EPS) 2) Hydraulic Power Steering (HPS). EPS does not require fluid and HPS does require fluid.

In the fuse box. Six of the relays are in two rows. Directly above it, under a long rectangular cap, is a row of three relays. The fuel pump is the one on the left.

The BMW 525 engine holds five quarts of motor oil. The manufacturer recommends 10W-30 weight motor oil in all of its models.

on the E46 series In the trunk, if you lift the carpet up to get to spare tire, theres two little taps on right hand side behind wheel well, pop tabs out and pull out the plastic, and youll find the battery. If your removing battery, becarefull cause theres a ventilation tube attached to it, just slides off battery easily.

The fuses on a BMW e60 are changed by using a fuse removal tool to pull them from the socket. It grips them firmly on each side and allows for easy installation.

It really sucks. I cannot find a way of replacing mine. The diagram on the mannual is wholly misleading...

If its normal or warm 5w-30

Check at an autozone or other store, they have a database with every car's fluid specs. Also, your owner's manual if you have it. My 1998 M3 runs straight 30, but that's because i know how to do that safely.

The latch should be adjustable-it's not catching.

6.9 Quarts 5w30 or 10w60 (Synthetic) No idea on the filter...
