Probably a stuck headlight relay. Bang on it and see if it releases.

The fuel filter is usually on the fuel line leading to the carburator. unless you have a secondary filter that was install after market.

It all depends on where you want to put it.

I had the same problem on my 85 bend a coat hanger with a hook on one end, get under car at front on drivers side & start fishing for the lever, took me about 30 minutes.

Can be a defective cell in the battery, or it has shorted out. Can also be a defective alternator not providing enough power to keep the battery charged. Can also be a drain on the battery such as a light staying on. dome light, courtesy light, trunk light under hood light, etc. If the battery is over 4 years old or has been run dead more than once, replace it.

easy to do first .elevate front end of car on ramps or sumthin second, disconnect battery cable third, crawl under front end starter held in place by two bolts careful when removing bolts so starter doesn't fall on your head. With starter down disco pos cable and cable off solinoid . Reverse steps for new one good luck

I had to try one additional part. I thought the pressure regulator resolved my problem. With an outside temperature at 45 degrees the car started up great. An outside temperature at 65 degrees caused the car to stall after the initial start-up. The intake air temperature sensor ($16.00) was replaced and this solved my problem.

There is no coil wire. There is a coil pack and connected to the coil pack is the ignition control module.

If a windshield wiper switch on a 1995 Buick Riviera stays on when in the off position, it might be the fault of the windshield wiper relay. It could also be that the switch itself needs to be taken off and reset on the dial.

i work at a shop and we just fixed a 1998 buick regal with the same problem for some reason the wiring in the relay is backwards from what it is supposed to be and so to fix the problem we re-wired the high speed fan control from the pcm to the fusebox itself and now it works!it is the blue wire you have to replace! hope this helps! -TIffany

Charge the a/c with refrigerant. But being a '92, it will need to be converted to R134a, provided your compressor is good (prolly not) it would cost around $300,

Buick didn't see this one coming but they don't have a long burn life. I had to replace both on my 1992. For some unknown reason, they burn after a period of time and need to be replaced.

get someone that knows what they are doing, to replace it the 2 long front engine mount bolts need to be removed to replace serpentine belt

No such thing as a "reset" you have to fix the problem. Probably broken wire on key lock cyl. or bad key.

Not to be a smart alec but ask the Librarian They should be able to tell you exactly where to find it. But if not, there usually in the referance section you know the books that can not be removed from the library so you'll probibly have to photo copy what you need so take some money with you. As far as the internet goes google it I tried and got a whole bunch of stuff from repair manuals to buy, or free downloads depending on exactly what you need. Hope this helped out

the best way is to open the decklid to gain acces to the light. Grasp the socket where the wires meet the body and twist gently to the right or left . it only goes one way. the socket will come out of the lens and you pull the bulb straight out. replace it with a new bulb, then reverse what you did to take it out.

Their is no such thing as a transmission fluid reservoir. All the fluid is in the transmission, the lines, and the cooler. You check the fluid with the dip stick, located near the fire wall, red handle, drivers side. Engine running-warm, in park or neutral. Check it several times to make sure of accurate reading.

The 1995 Riviera is a odd year, because it has the OBD2 connector with an OBD1 system. Most of your over the counter code scanners won't work for this car. The Actron 9150 claims it will work. The best price I've seen them is on eBay. You can find the connector if you look under the steering wheel. It should be about 12 pin connector. You can verify the OBD system by looking at the sticker under the hood. I have the same car, and same problem.

The heater fan or blower motor is located underneath the dash on the inside of the car located in front of the passenger seat.

Had same issue with my 97 riv. turns out the E brake was on the whole time regardless of the pedal position. Check the brake cable just behind the driver door edge for damage. Mine had about 1 inch of sleeve missing which caused the brake to stick on. To temporarily fix it just pull the sleeve back to where it should rest. could also be a problem with the switch on the e-brake pedal as well

No, can not be disabled. Must have correct key for computer to activate fuel pump and starter.

They should be pretty simple to pop off using a large flat head screwdriver . Be really careful to not scratch them up , if they and the car are perfect or really nice don't touch it and go get someone who knows what they are doing . I have a 63 Riviera they are special cars .

Anyway the screwdriver goes in the gap between the wheel and the hubcap , twist the screwdriver in your hand and the gap should get bigger . Move to either side a little and work your way around until it falls off.

If you cant get them off wait till you try putting them back on again :) This is why I ended up getting a set of Buick Rally mag wheels , you could get em in 1964 on a Riviera so they're nearly correct and they look great and you never have to deal with hubcaps again .
