The map sensor is easy to replace. It is right under the air cleaner I believe.

# Remove the air cleaner. # Take out mounting screws. # Disconnect nipple hose and cable. # Reverse directions for new map sensor.

on my sts, it is located on the drivers side, under the vehicle, about where the back seat is. Just follow the fuel line and you should find it. hope that helps

sounds like you have a bad blower motor.. i just replaced one on my 02 deville for the same reason with the same symptoms

not sure but i know in my 2005 cadillac it's located under the back seats so u could try checking that

I have a 1992 cadillac seville. The window won't go up. The window motor is working. I want to see if the glass window itself is off the track. How do I remove the inside panel of the door to get to the glass window?

there is a lever behind your wheel, it looks like a upside down L and its attached to a ball, take the pins out lift the L off the ball and adjust it by moving it up or down,their maybe a few extra steps but that's whats adjust your height..

if the motor ruuns position someone inside the car to turn the radio on, and with someone outside by the antenna grab the tip of the mast and pull up while the motor is running. Straighten any bends , lubricate with silicone and retry

the secret is to have the radio off set button then just play with scan and seek

I don't know when Cadillac started doing this, but they eliminated the coil packs and have since been using coil on spark plug coils. They are directly over the plugs on the engine. You have to remove 4 or 5 bolts to access them.

when you open up the hood of your car look to the right side of the engine block, and there should be a black rubber tube with a plastic shroud covering it located right in front of the coolant tank. this is the air filter housing and will need to be removed by unclipping the 2 clips and one ring that hold it in place. also make sure to disconnect the sensor located on the rubber tube. after that has been removed under where it used to be should be a dipstick for the transmission fluid. and on a side note if your transmission fluid is dark yellow to brown, get it changed immediately!

My 97 had the same issue. The relay box went out and the relays were still good. It should be on the driver side fender wall.
