Does anyone have any helpful suggestions for 5 ' 4 160 pound 32-year-old woman who would like to drop pounds and inches?

in order to lose 1 pound a week you need reduce your diet by 1350, or about 500 cal a day...whether that is through working out, cutting calories, or both that's your choice

i recently lost about 25 lbs in a short period (i actually lost more than i wanted to cause i started out at 135 at 5'7'') without working out by eating every three hours, that way if you get as craving, for instance, an hour and a half after eating, just tell yourself you have just another hour and half to go and if you still want it then then go for it!

i tried to eat healthy rather than cutting out major food groups and depriving myself- the only way i did do this though was by not eating cheese- milk and yogurt are still a good way to get calcium- it doesnt taste like much but can take like 100 calories off of a sandwich. I also stopped eating red meat - since grocery store sell ground turkey now this really isn't that hard. actually, i starting doing all of this while taking a health class in college and we used a program to calculate our projected life expectancy and if you ate red meat 3x a week it (supposedly) took a few years off your life! (i didnt use butter or oils either)

for breakfast i ate oatmeal- it fulfills your sweet tooth and leaves you full. then, for lunch i made myself something like a turkey wrap with lettuce, tomato, and sometimes fat free cheese (if you can find "flat out wraps" in the produce section of your grocery store these are great!) or a boca burger on "natures own" double the fiber bread. then for dinner i ususally had a lean cuisine or grilled chicken with cooked veggie- sometimes putting cajun spices on them or i made a chicken fajita but used plain greek yogurt rather than sour cream. everyday the 3 hours came around but it wasnt a meal time i ate an apple, pear, berries, or a breakfast bar (chose wisely with the last though- don't eat what could be a meal replacement bar - i like the cherry kashi bars which are like 120 calories) and when i felt really hungry but it wasnt a time to eat I made myself a cup of tea with splenda- a lot of times people think they are hungry when they are actually thristy. i don't recommend diet soda though cause tests have shown that fake sugars in general trick your body into thinking its getting sugar so then you crave it...in my experience i think aspertame does this more than sucralose (splenda). the key to all of this was a good balance between healthy fats and carbs...eventually you get the hang of what food have "good" ones. I did reduce my fat intake, but paid more attention to whether the "total fat" was comprised more of saturated or good fats. there is a big difference between a microwave meal that is 250 calories with 9 grams of fat...4 saturated and one that is 250 calories with 7 grams of fat and 1.5 saturated. as far as carbs go- FIBER was the absolute reason to my success...look for this...when its there you can basically sutract the amount of it from the total carbs when guessimating how many carbs you've eaten. youre supposed to get about 25 g of fiber a day and youll be able to tell the difference with how you feel when you increase it! i suggest "flat out wraps" - the low fat ones (about 100 calories) because they have like 10 g of fiber ("light" thomas English muffins have like 8 too).

anyway, this seems obsessive, but its if you try, youll see its not - youll get creative and see its just being conscious- i NEVER counting calories (with writing in journal, etc), but rather got grasp of them. my meals were probably around 300 0r 350 calories and snacks were 100-150.

***sorry...i meant 3500 calories a week will make you lose a pound

It seems there may be a misunderstanding in the phrasing "10 Oxygen defecate." If you are referring to a molecular representation, "10 oxygen" could imply a molecule or compound composed of 10 oxygen atoms, such as ozone (O₃) or certain peroxides. When were the Schwinn starlet bikes made?

I have an old Starlet hanging up in the basement of the house I'm renting. From what I've learned so far, the Starlets date back to 1952, at least. They were equipped with 2-tone finish in Cloud white with rose trim, or powder blue trim, a chrome "luggage rack", a button-activated horn in the "tank", and a "powerful headlight". I'm hoping to gain possession of the old bike for a restoration project!

How you can lose weight without losing mass?

While mass and weight are commonly confused, they are quite different. In layman's terms, mass (g) is a measurement of how much stuff a thing has in it, whereas weight (N) is a measurement of the earth's gravitational pull on a thing.

In space, there is little gravitational pull, so your weight would be minimal. However, your mass would be the same anywhere in the universe.

How do you get rid of belly fat if you are skinny but around the belly and breasts there is a thin layer of fat?

The only way to really lose fat, is to lose it from all over your body. Eat lean proteins, oatmeals, and good fats like avocadoes and olives, and you will shed that fat quicker than you can read this answer. Cardio exercise - At minimum, you should begin by cadio walking 30 minutes a day. Sit-ups, crunches, and other abdominal exercises are recommended, but these alone will not get rid of your belly fat. What will get rid of your excess belly fat is a high-impact workout where your body burns more calories than it receives through food intake.

Cardio Exercises + Abdominal Exercises + Diet is the best way to lose belly fat. If possible, do some strength training exercises as they improve the body metabolism and hence you can lose more fat.
