When do humming birds go south?
No, there are birds that stay in a particular area year round (sedentary populations) and there are birds that migrate usually due to a change in the weather.
AnswerMost birds who fly South do so during Winter in the North which is Summer in the South. They do this because birds do not have a thick coat like other animals, who hibernate, so they fly South to stay warm! AnswerI disagree. While some birds may not be equipped for cold weather, the primary reason for migration is food, not warmth. Food supplies become limited during the winter in extreme latitudes, so birds migrate towards the equator in search of food. Conversely, insect populations sky-rocket during the summer months when birds return to their natural habitats. This cycle repeats yearly so there not fat birds.Birds have a very special way of ding things, they love to build because its part of their personality and will help them survive. They also like to improve their nests because they can.
Owls are edible, but as they are not commonly consumed in the US, and many species are, in fact, protected.
Osiris was put in a coffin and set down the river nile, later on he washed up on the shore of Lebanon. Hope this helps you! :)

Osiris may have originally been set upon the Nile, but as for his 'final' resting place, it is believed that he resides in Abydos.
However, depending on the version of the Isis and Osiris story you follow, the actual resting place could be anywhere, as in one version Isis buries his scattered body parts where she finds them and made replicas to place in several locations that became temples, etc.
Of course. Unless it doesn't have wings or if one wing is broken, a healthy hawk is perfectly capable of flying.
Where can you find pictures of birds?
There are a number of good sites available to view chicken pictures.
I will provide links to two of them and you can go from there if they do not have what you are looking for.

I guess you could call mummification a worship of some sort (i did a report on this subject once, if you have any more questions in that manner), and i'm sure the Egyptians prayed, and had murals made of him. He is the god of the afterlife, so maybe you could come up with some more things. :)

Is birds eye view the same as 3D?
Birds eye view is the view from the top, as if you are flying above the object and looking down at it.
How can i convince my parents to get a parakeet when I already have a hamster?
Funny thing is I was in the same situation as you. I currently have two hamsters and a parakeet. What i did was tell them how great pets they are and show them lots of youtube videos of parakeets talking, doing tricks, etc, so it would inspire them. My dad said it was okay for me as long as i take care of it. But my mom on the other refused and complained on how they'll be messy and too much work and money. I did lots of research in made a little packet. My mom kept saying excuses not to read it so i recited the facts to her when she was watching tv and in the kitchen. My birthday was near so i told my mom i wanted a parakeet and i'd be really psyched if i got one. I guess that worked and i ended up having one :)
How do you know your parrots age?
to my knowledge there is no way of telling-- however i am not a vet, just studying to be one :)
African Greys and other medium sized parrots can live into their 70's pr 80's. This is why it is important if you plan n getting a large parrot to plan and be sure you can commit that many years to the parrot. many parrots are sadly dumped resold over and over or left in rescues because the person has kids and finds having a child and having a parrot (which is like caring for a 2 year old that never grows up. They have to be cooked for and chopped fruit and veggies buy toys that are 25 to 40.00 only to have that bird destroy it in a day They will destroy furniture window sills drywall etc if not watched at all times and will pluck and self mutilate if not kept busy just like a kid) is too much for them Or they go to college or work too many hours or get with a guy or girl that dislikes the bird and the person gets rid of the bird to please the new love in their life.So many sure you can in fact dedicate the years it takes even smaller parrots like conures can live to be 30 do you even know where you will be in 30 years? can you dedicate that time to commit to never leave that bird?
How do you stop a parakeet from having a baby?
I do not think you can. My parakeets had eggs and they did not hatch because she did not take care of them right. If they do have eggs you may take them away and sell them or kill them.
How long is a Parakeet life span?
it depends what kind of parrot you are talking about and whether it live in captiviy or in the wild and if it is fed well ect. but most parrots (such as a cockatoo) can live over 100 years. Most outlive there owners!!
