They are barbering, which is actually biting the hair off at the skin. They would have to either work it out themselves, as this is a show of dominance by the mouse doing the barbering, or you must separate them.

Rats are not known for canabilizing their young, but babies should not be left without their mother for any longer than about an hour. They need to nurse.

To answer you question I can only tell you truthfully I'm not quiet sure saying we just took in a baby mouse as well. The first thing I would do is hold the mouse in a position so they can swallo and put of bit of warm milk *not scalding milk more like room temp.* on the tip of your finger and brush the milk on their lips. As they get only put it in a very small cup and tip it towards them don't let it get in their noses though. You can try with a dropper and it might work but take it very slowly. hope this helps.

Cause the drop will probably come out smaller. again take it slowly AnswerNO! you should never feed mice cow milk, but you may ues goat milk, other wise, yes you can.^^Adding onto their answer^^ Go for KMR, or a similar kitten milk formula, instead. Dilute it with water, make sure it's about room temperature, and use a dropper. Baby mice can easily drown and suffocate because liquid easily slips right into their little nostrils. If their eyes are still closed, they will want/need to eat approximately every 1-2 hours (yes, at night as well - they are nocturnal creatures, after all). Shortly after their eyes have opened they will eat a little less often (transition slowly to 3-4 hours), but they will have much more energy. Make sure they have room to move around and cannot escape out of their habitats. I'm currently taking care of two male field mice that are now approximately 4 weeks old. What age is it appropriate to handle a baby mouse?
You should try avoiding hadling the baby mice in the first few days or so. If you absolutely have to pick them up for their safety ect. then cup them in your hands gently. The mother can get stressed if you try to handle them to early and possibly kill the litter. Around day 5 is a good time to start handling the litter unless the mother is uncomfortable with you being around the babies.

However, it is alright to go without food if you are fasting. Such as Jews, Chrisians, and Muslims. But you must always go back to food.
Without food, your cells can die. Then they begin to eat themselves trying to get food. You can suffer a heart attack, stroke, and blood clots without it.
