White Castle is a chain restaurant, so there are many White Castle Restaurants. If there are none in the west, it is because the chain does not support any restaurants there. This may be because nobody wants to open a restaurant in the west or because White Castle does not want to ship anything that far for one restaurant.
It's kind of like you can only find Piggly Wiggly's in the south.

The Warwick Model
This model was developed by the Centre for Strategy and Change at Warwick
University in the early 1990s. Developed from the Harvard model, it emphasises an
analytical approach to human resource management. It also recognises the impact of
the role of the HR function on the human resource strategy content.
The researchers who developed the model, Hendry and Pettigrew, focused their
research on mapping the context; identifying an inner (organisational) context and an
external (environmental) context. It takes into account the importance of organisational
learning in the formation of strategy and thereby incorporates Mintzberg's model of
emergent strategy formation rather than a purely top down rational planned approach.
The five elements of the Warwick model are:
Outer context (the external environment)
Inner context (internal factors)
Business strategy content
Human resource management context

What is the name of the first castle built called?
The very 1st castles built were called "Mote and Bailey" structions. These were very simple and somewhat primitive buildings compared to the massive stone castles we see today. None survive today as they were originally built of wood which quickly rots away.
However, the concept of the mote and bailey was used to build many of the castles we know today. The "mote" was a simple tower built on top of hill of packed earth. Surrounding this structure was the "bailey" which was an open courtyard surrounded by a high wooden fence of pallisade.
The tops of the wooden stakes that make up the pallisade would often be sharpened into a point to make climbing over them hazardous. Sometimes a dry or wet moat might also be built around the entire structure.
Entrance into the mote and bailey was by either a single gate or drawbridge.
