Coyotes, wolves, and snakes eat cats.

Raptors such as eagles, hawks, and owls will take cats as well.

Any larger predator will eat cats: wolves, coyotes, bears, some dogs, foxes, raccoons, eagles and hawks...

You can't make your cats stop eating vomit. It is just part of life! But make sure that you clean up afterwords!

Hissing means that the cat is scared and it is trying to defend its self so stay away if a cat starts to hiss and arch his/her back.

There are a couple of options. You could possibly take that cat to an animal shelter, or take the cat in as your own. If you're not sure if it is a stray, then you should consider asking neighbors if they know who's cat it is.

There is no exact answer to this, just as there is no firm age in humans. It is recommended to spay/neuter your cat around 4-5 months. Doing this early will also help your cat from developing unwanted behavior like spraying, marking, and aggression. Your family vet will be able to tell you more about the development of your particular cat.

This is a notoriously difficult smell to remove, however, you can try these options: If you can identify exactly where the cat sprayed, and the area is now dry, liberally apply bicarbonate of soda, leave for at least 24hrs and then vacuum off. Bicarbonate of soda is a very good odour eliminator. Use any cleaning product that doesn't contain ammonia (ammonia is a component of urine and the smell it leaves will encourage cats to come back to the same spot) then use orange oil to both cover any remaining smell and to discourage the cat from returning (for some reason they don't like the citrus scent).

First, take the cat to the vet. If there are no urinary tract or otherwise problems, place litter boxes in places where he/she should not be doing his wee-wee or poo-poo. If you can't do that (like if your cat is doing his/her business where you have to walk), make the place where he's going as unattractive as possible, and the spot where he's supposed to go as attractive as possible. Put a rug under his litterbox, and don't clean the box too often. Turn the place where he's going into a feeding station; he won't do his business near his food. Place the litterbox in a quiet, easily accessible place (young kittens and senior cats don't like going up and down stairs a lot). Remove every bit of evidence of his urine from the place he's been using (don't use cleaning products containing ammonia, they'll smell like pee to the cat and he/she will attempt to cover it by peeing again), also, you can temporarily put aluminum foil in the place where the cat's not supposed to go (they don't like the sound or feel of aluminum foil, so they'll avoid the area. Also, spraying lemon scent will repel a cat.

Very typical of your cat to scratch the back of her neck!I've never heard such thing! But, it probably has fleas or worms which is not good. Since she is able to actually scratch her back part of the neck I don't think it's possible to buy flea treatments because they are usually placed on the back of the neck so she would scratch it off and have it on her paw and she would lick her paw which wouldn't be good so the only way is to go to the vet unless you know something else wrong with her that you can figure out.

You need to give your kitten a series of vaccinations starting at around 6-8 weeks of age then every 2-3 weeks until 16 weeks of age. Rabies vaccination can be given at 4 months of age. Don't forget to include the vaccination against Feline Leukemia and Feline Infectious Peritonitis along with the standard series for Feline distemper, etc. Take the kitten into your Veterinarian to be checked up first and he or she can tell you when the vaccines are needed. Your kitten should be dewormed too. Ask your Vet about doing the deworming at the same time as you do the vaccinations and also the best age to spay or neuter this kitten, that is most important. Most kittens carry round worms.

Cats are carnivores thus rely mainly on protein diet. Cat also take in carbohydrates from plants but metabolize it differently from the dog. They store the excess in their body as fats rather than glycogen that is excess glucose. However; a dog's diet contain a lot of carbohydrates.

• Kittens tire easily and they play hard so they will go to sleep off and on during the day and since they are nocturnal they may run around a little at night. If this doesn't bother you then let them play, but if it does put them in another room or put them in a kennel with a soft blanket.

Kinda their scared. so their asking you t get them away from some thing. If you see a cat do that in front of a dog. then there kinda getting ready for a quick break for it.

While cats may drink milk, Persian cats like any others, it is not particularly good for them. Cats generally lose the enzyme that allows them to digest lactose when they are weaned.

Froglife (www.froglife.org.uk) suggest making sure there are plenty of amphibian hiding places -- weed in the pond, log piles, long grass etc. The cats I know that catch newts get the newts when they are out of the pond but I expect some cats will fish them out of the pond too. Try waiting until he's relaxed and sleepy and then moving him onto your lap.

Maybe he doesn't like to be fussed too much. Try not stroking him until he's settled.

Some cats like to have their heads a bit higher than their bottoms when they're sitting on your lap. Try putting him with his head facing away from you, with your knees a little higher than your hips.

Some independent-minded cats just don't like sitting on laps.

It is not unusual for a cat to do this, there are several factors that can contribute to this type of behavior. How old was your cat when he/she was taken away from his mother? When a kitten is forced to be weened to young, this behavior almost always comes out, whether it is nursing fleece, blankets, your favorite house coat etc. The act of nursing for a cat releases many types of hormones, a mother cat will often purr and knead (as if she were nursing) when giving birth. There is actually a hormone released that eases pain. In general the act of nursing makes the cat feel safe, and secure.

This really does depend where you live. In the UK and Europe there are several high quality cat foods that are made out of shredded meat. Feline Fayre, Pets At Home brand Complete, and European brands such as Bozita, Top Life, Schesir and others. For US brands there are Wellness, Weruva, Wysong Stew In Gravy and By Nature Naturals. There are probably more brands out there.

It doesn't necessarily matter where you get your cat from, its based on their personality, their willingness to be tamed/trained and of course your dedication to doing so.
